my favorite poke musics are almost all from gsc. pokemon puzzle challenge is just remixes of gsc towns and pokemon pinball blue field theme is basically another version of ecruteak city.
i do like the rse mart bgm a lot too.
but the newer gens have so many instruments and new sounds and i think the style is so different. while i enjoyed some tunes in B2 i can’t remember them off the top of my head.

Seriously, Beedrill and Garchomp have no business anywhere near a “Worst Pokemon of All Time” list. Beedrill’s competitive viability aside, that is a cool ass design for a Bug-type. Garchomp is self-explanatory.
Despite my personal feelings on Garbodor, I can see why some people wouldn’t like it, but it still shouldn’t be in the Top Five of the worst.

“Really?” isn’t criticism, especially when said article, for better or worse, explained the rationale behind their choices.

Gen IV was fucking fantastic. If anything it set my standards too high and I ended up over-scrutinizing Gen V (though its still awesome).
That said, I’m not a fan of this gym leader music yet either, but this is a YT vid that isn’t direct feed or anything. I’ll have to make a judgement once I’m in a gym, battling with it.
For a point of reference, Gen IV’s gym leader music is by far my favorite in the series, simple as it may be. Captured the mood perfectly.

But seriously, her complaints about Beedrill were that it sucked in Gen 1 and has continued to suck while ButterFREE has at least gotten slightly better. Her complaints about Garchompy were that it was broken in Gen 4. If she used Gen 4 Chomp as a reason to list him then she should have stuck with Gen 1 Beedrill. Also the Garchomp explanation reeks of bias. If she was gonna cry broken as a means of listing Garchomp for the worst then she may as well have done it for Gen 2 Snorlax. Plus the centralization on banning that Garchomp brought argument is idiotic and proves she did most of her “research” on Smogon.
Except the rationale was completely inconsistent.
First, it’s about which Pokemon are worthless in Battle. Which ended when Garchomp gets put on the list. And then it goes to complaining about Garbordor’s aesthetics which wasn’t a reason for any of the previous four being put on the list.
If you’re going to make a list like that, consistency with reasoning is a must.

Nope. Twineedle Poisoning Steel types was changed in Emerald, IIRC.

Well I figured that I wouldn’t need to. I make essay long posts every day when I feel it’s necessary. But sometimes somethings speak for themselves.
Considering how much I post and how long some of my posts be I try to limit myself from doing them more often unless people ask because I noticed…people just don’t care or don’t bother reading and I don’t like wasting my time.
