Pokemon X and Y: Aftermath (GEN 6 Discussion, Tier Talk, Breeding, Meganite)

Class work is starting to pick up again, so I haven’t been able to pull and re-up photos from other forums. There’s a bunch of new pictures and move info not in this thread. Smogon has a decent thread on all the confirmed stuff, though.

Lol at Geomancy being a lame version of Quiver Dance and Super Power Contrary Malamar.

Oh my Noivern gets Hurricane <3. I might just have to use that thing if Tornadus T gets banned again.

Edit: if Geomancy lets you switch out and the switch in gets the boost, it’s gonna be amazing.

Gengar, making fairy types irrelevant day one.

Mega Gengar base stats:

Ouch.

Oh my, this might actually be usable. Hopefully, Fly, Dig, and all the other variants got the same treatment.

Gengar, more like Gangrape

He has neutral coverage on just about everything and is one of the fastest in the game and has shadow tag?!

They should make everything legal except the highest power legendaries(Mewtwo) in OU…

That’s the exact same thing as Shadow Force… I was wondering just yesterday when another Pokemon was gonna get that move, and look who it is. :bgrin:

Swift Swim should come back with Drizzle or I’m not playing competitively…

This new development of 5 turn drizzle is awesome…

Speaking of Garbador, here’s an article for all the haters (myself included.)

The fight against Xerneas

Wow. Thunder/Fire Blast/Blizzard/Hurricane/Hydro Pump all got a Base Power reduction to 110 from their former 120…

…and Frost Breath got BUFFED to 60. An Ice attack that *ALWAYS CRITICAL HITS *now has an effective 120 Base Power and ignores opponent special defense buffs/the attacker’s special attack drops. Nice.

Yo, Jynx and Abomasnow, we got work to do…

EDIT: Oh yeah, Freeze Dry is 70 BP. Awesome.

Another view of Mega Gyarados:

That looks so good. Like a completely different pokemon.

Granbul is a pure Fairy type now lolwhut

Well it IS classified as the “Fairy” Pokemon…

Well so much for part of my huge EV/IV post.

Hidden Power now 60 BP for everyone.

Can you choose the typing or is it still set to IV’s?

So have Mega Aggron, Heracross, and Tyranitar actually been confirmed yet?

And if I wanted to base a team around Aggron whats the best way to set it up if he doesn’t have a mega?

Garbador is a boss, his stats are just stupid. Same with Sawk and Throw

Idk. Probably still set to IVs but I’ll let you know if it’s different.
