Thanks everyone.
That’s a thousand strong between the thread and petition easy.
Not to mention other countries.
Good work everyone. I hope Capcom is listening.

lets go!! announce an arcade release already…
I’ve talked to various distributors in Asia and Australia and the word was, there is not going to be an arcade release for SSF4, this is what Capcom told them.
haha japan no like sf4, scrubs.
Of course i want an arcade version! I will even buy a kit. Hear me capcom?
If this isnt going to arcades it wont be a real street fighter game.
And why is that? Do you play sf4 in arcade? As been said in this thread before, if ssf4 did OR didn’t come to arcade that would effect very very few of us since most will play it (and play it for the first time) on console.
I’d hate to see the arcade era of street fighter finally end. If super 4 does not come out in the arcade then it would truly be sad. End of an era. If Super 4 is release, however, there is still hope. Yes it won’t be like the Golden Era of the 90’s but it would be nice to know that the tradition will still be alive somewhere in the world with the arcade version of SSF4. I myself have access to five arcades. I rather walk into an arcade at any given time, then hold a gathering at a given time at a given place. There’s nothing wrong with gatherings or online. They’re still fun. I just prefer the arcade. It’s the best atmosphere for playing SF.
:wtf::wtf::bluu::bluu::mad::mad:
Japland? Are you an old WW2 vet?
Anyways, I signed it. GJ parabellum. Even if Capcom shows hesitance they know the fans care and offer support.
oh my that’s some godlike diablo mouse skills going to wasted on “next level shit”:bgrin:

Thanks Mario.
Damn I can’t believe this thread is still going…but I’m glad to see how many people are interested in an arcade release.
That’s sad to make jokes about your wife like that, and the inability to look at what makes sense, or what really matters in regards to the arcade process. Not only is it expensive, but arcades are dying out. it’s as simple as that. If you really want to get away from your wife, get friends, or cheat on her. Whatever makes you happy. cause it’s ALL about you anyway.
I think you guys are all forgetting one thing, and that is the second update of SFIV never even got an arcade release (yes I’m talking about console.) This shit is gonna be on console only, just like that piece of shit abomination EX 3. I think I’m gonna trust Ono more than the person tweeting on the AI blog.
Here in SoCal, I can honestly say the arcade scene is dying. We have 6 arcades here with SFIV. AI is still doing somewhat well, not as active as before. Camerons Place…kinda the same, but it’s on its last breaths. Barely anyone goes to the machines at Vid 94, James Games, and Super Arcade(and they’re 25 cents there too!). And absolutely no one goes to Lil Tokyo (75 cents a game? lol).
Yea, I can see where Capcom is coming from not wanting to waste money releasing an arcade, cuz honestly even though there’s a lot of arcades in Japan, a vast majority of them not named big box, mikado, TRF, etc etc are doing pretty shitty in terms of profits. I honestly don’t think this petition will work. It’s not just convincing them to add some random character, it’s convincing them to invest a large chunk of money in a endeavor that will probably not pay off. That’s not good business. And face it, all of you guys will buy this shitty game anyways lol.
Exactly! I totally agree with you. I mean, I’d love it if it was released, but it just doesn’t make sense in an economical view. People don’t seem to understand that. Things cost money you know…:bluu:
Get an education, people…
You win the internet buddy. Clap clap.
Just ignore the trolls.
wow, this thread is still going?
I believe the poll clearly shows what people want, maybe time to close thread?
I suggested that a few pages back.
Its not a big deal, but I would definitely prefer it get closed…otherwise its just troll bait at this point.
I may seem like a know it all, but I AM majoring an political sience and history. This includes a lot of economic classes. How the fuck can one debate the points Gerald Graff makes in regards to making stupid arguments that can be defied with common sense.
