It’s crazy to think of how many people entered that tournament, and yet it took about half the time an SFIV tourney would take at Preppy’s.
Was cool, definitely saw some good fights, but nearing the end it felt a bit anti-climactic. I dunno.
Did anyone know the guy who won?

GGs everyone! I think they had enough time and setups to run a double-elim…but o well…Single-elim has it’s own flavor I suppose.
Yeah I think Double Elim would have worked, but I’m fine with Single. I actually had alot of fun later on playing on that setup in the Console Freeplay room. We had a pretty huge crowd going and me, Jalapn0, and a few others were kind of trading off streaks.
But the way some of those people beat the shit out of those sticks just frightened me. That one Ryu player especially, mashing and shit during my Ultra like he was going to get out of it or something.

This tourney was tons of fun, it was great seeing people from all over repping sf4 at PAX.
