The console freeplay is awesome this year. Props to whoever set it up. Bout 10000000 times better than in years previous.
Signed up for SFIV today and ready to go for tomorrow. Also picked up a PS3 Femme Fatale arcade stick. Expo floor was awesome as always.
Yeah, it is really pretty incredible how organized/nice it is. Will probably be spending a good chunk of time in there tomorrow since I’m bringing my stick.
The guys in the Smash pools I was running cheered when my name was announced, which was cool. And then when I was walking the Exhibition Hall, some guys yelled “ZACH!!!” and I was really confused - until they said thanks for running the pool.

Probably will be sold out of sticks soon - they only had 150 of the original 700 left. I got 2 of the Femme Fatale TE 360 sticks. I picked them up in case other people wanted 'em - let me know if you want to jump on that. I know Toshin wanted one, but shipping that will be a bitch, so I got him his backup requests.

Yea man console and PC freeplay this year was leagues beyond previous years. Attendance has gone up significantly and yet there were no lines to play. 1000 seat LAN is fucken sick.

the kids in my pool were pretty sweet, I think I had the two smallest pools though. only one guy who kept wandering off, the dude that took pool 16 did it with a busted up hand with a brace on it.
zach - if it’s not too late, zig totally guilt tripped me into entering SFIV. could I borrow a sitck as I don’t have any 360 hardware.

Orlando took 2nd, munky took 4th (beat out the future to make it out of his pool), vagrantlest and I took 5th, kriangkrai took 9th? Riki took 16th?? Mandel and paul le took 23rd…there’s probably more but that’s off the top of my head.
Nick (Munky) got 3rd actually. pool 21 was a rough place to be, so glad I didn’t go 2 and out, i still went out but didn’t get totally shamed…
