And yes to everyone else a CLEAN install of W10 seems to a solution for most, not a W7/8 to W10 upgrade.

For anyone else who has hardware that should be able to handle the game. Try a clean reinstall of your OS/W10 upgrade. Worked for me.
I’m going to do a clean install after the updatecomes out just to be safe, i cant afford re downloading this game for the 4th time. along with redownloading the divison for the 2nd time. that’s too much for meh. but thanks all for the info i shall try it
I reading this thread and I don’t know what is going on I have a 970 maxed everything on Windows 10 60 fps constant infact I’m using like 20-30% while online in the heat of battle and no I don’t have it overclocked…
It’s pretty clear. Game is running like shit on hardware that should be able to handle it for many people. Myself included, but it seems a W10 upgrade solved it for me at least.
Beta is just that
This is the “final” product so it most likely requires a bit more than the beta

Runs the game maxed at 1080p flawlessly.
I played it in windowed mode and it was fine. Then the next day noticed lag in training so set to full screen and there was no lag.
but, if so, it adds perplexity to the whole equation. lets just DOWNGRADE our pc’s to be able to run it?

see, when I have problems I just throw money at them until they disappear.
I just wanted to state that it’s strage someone with hardware half the specs of most people (with issues) runs it maxed out @ 1080p flawlessly
And there are people with double his specs that also run it perfectly fine
But you only chalk it up to Capcom
Whereas someone very recently posted that a fresh install of windows cleared everything up
There are a lot of things that could be hindering performance, but it’s fact that the game is capable of running perfectly fine with a good rig or a mediocre rig
Some even have a below average rig

Your CPU is worse than his. An i5 760 is superior to the AMD FX 4300 at stock clocks. Furthermore, he has a higher overclock than you and overclocked i5 760’s are still decently competitive with modern i5’s at stock. Your CPU is garbage and hasn’t aged well at all. It gets out-performed by cheap budget i3’s in a lot of titles. And those CPU’s happen to be the minimum specs for this game. You can’t magically fix your shitty CPU by upgrading to a 970.
An an i3 + 950 is enough to play this game at 1080p/60 FPS easily. i5 760 + R9 380 is well above that. I was using the i5 760 @ 3.8 w/ a 970 myself until a few days ago, too.
