It’s scrubby. 
I do something similar all the time. Neutral jump -> Pandora -> switch to Gief. Super. Works far too often. (Still scrubby though)

Great compilation once again 
Today I had a session with a Guile/Hugo, Ken player and first I was so salty because I lost some games for pretty stupid reasons and then when I was about to destroy him in of our last games he dashed up with Hugo, used the wall bounce throw and ko’ed me with a pandora sonic hurricane. Yeah all the salt was gone. It’s crazy. I see Pandora being put to use so often lately.
I kinda forgot to post these, but there isn’t any sort of amazing tech inolved except for the jump punish maybe. Also I invented the ex rising storm anti air!

I haven’t playing this game much recently, so I don’t have new videos covering new ways to use Pandora yet. But I’m working on that now, and surprisingly enough, unless I’ve missed a post here, I didn’t find anyone posting about some pretty basic ways to inflict it, like punishing Tag Cancels (not every TC is punishable, but many are). Not even that japanese video has it!
So I’ve been wondering if we should make (a new, if there’s one already) a list covering all the general setups to use Pandora. Not a character specific one, because that would be too long (unless people agree to do that as well), but all the general setups we have found to use it. I did a quick review here and I have at least 22 different ways tested (although some not in actual fights yet), and I’m sure there are a lot more to be discovered. I could make a video for it as well instead of making a list.
What do you guys think about it?
Sounds like a good idea. A pandora guide is just what we need. Wasn’t Yung Ice planning to do something like that?
Well, who will make it isn’t the most important part, since we can all contribute in a way or another!
Too bad you guys are on XBL, or else we could test some setups in the briefing rooms or even Endless. There are many setups which seems to work on Training Room, but I have yet to confirm them on actual fights, like punishing CADC Throw attempts, for example.
Whoa I can hardly throw tech Hwoarang’s CADC throw and you can punish that? Technically you could punish a lot of stuff with Pandora. You need some great reads though… or Akuma/Gief in the back
Like you said, you need to have great reads/reaction, but it works, like on those Ryus that tries to CADC Throw like 90% of times after a cr. mp or cr.mk. I didn’t test against every character yet, though.
Finally, being able to put Pandora into good use:
EX donkey kick + switch cancel + pandora = you are awesome.
New Daily Blast is up and there’s a decent amount of Pandora in it too, kinda wish I had gotten these clips sooner, haha
