if they agree to let us have tourneys, there’ll probably be one on Friday afternoon/night…

Depends. There’s only about 3 serious MvC2 players at Willowbrook. Everyone else is so so. For awhile now its been boring going to FnG so 3 or 5 of us play at someone else’s house. Not many people go these Fridays/Sats to FnG but you could try. 
The original 4 big screen MvC2 cabinets have been deducted to 3. The only one really worth playing on is the last one near the Tekken 4 cabinet since its almost always maintained.

just got back, was a decent night, but the right side of cvs2 was still fucked, i had a good streak goin till Will showed up and cleaned house, i’m goin to another arcade next week, hopefully a place were the machine isnt left broken for 3 weeks,

Sorry Advent, I wasn’t being all that serious about being insulted about it being said that no one wants to actually get better the real way. (or something) For a guy with a name like NoWins, I get taken pretty seriously.
Ah, and today, for what I believe was my last / first / only win, I had to do it while having quarters hurled at my head. Awesome. Now if that doesn’t show true potential, then I don’t know what does… (Well, I guess having half dollars thrown at your head…)

Aside from the injured controls, and the lack of more than one win, and the lack of some people, it was a good night.
So, who was the player who used Cable/Felicia/Ruby at like 1:30 on saturday night? I’d love to play some serious matches with ya sometime.

he’s the only guy I’ve ever seen use Felicia at this mall…
I don’t think he was using Felicia seriously, though. I think he was just playing around and didn’t expect any competition at 1:30 a.m.
Anyway, the most damage came from ruby heart actually, but i wasn’t rolling either.
It was a fun match though, i certainly didn’t expect to find a serious opponent after watching “undercover brother” that late.

Eh, no sweat. I missed the arcade on friday and saturday and the only time i did get to go was really early sunday morning. Plus, on sunday, whereas i might have been playing mvc2 with you and hiro i got to have sex instead
anyway, hiro and i hung out yesterday and we said something about maybe going on friday night, that is, if his immigrant chick is busy. So, if nothing comes up for me then, i’ll prolly head over there for a bit.
btw, i’m restlessly waiting for Orion to post up about that tourney… cause only you can stop me, sucka.
