I read an article just the other day about a pedophile who had his penis removed because he couldn’t stop molesting children.
i would like to repeat clearly that i DO NOT support kiddie porn. i do not support adfults having sex with children. i will say honestly that i think the age of consent could be lowered to 16 without any major impact on society.
lemme tell you a story. there was an international operation to bring down a child pornography ring. a man at my office was busted in it. now, the fbi used the proper channels and stayed within the bounds of the law and busted quite a few members of teh ring. the man in my office who was busted was not just downloading the material. he was creating the material and could clearly be seen performing sex acts on minors on video to be distributed to the other members of the kiddie porn ring. that distgusts me. i’m glad he was prosecuted because he was a criminal. we were all glad to see him sent to prison for 50+ years(given his age, thats a life sentence), so i do support the busting of criminals.
however, i also think that drawn images of underage kids used by people with those impulses to help curb them so they don’t try and fulfill them in real life is not a crime. exploiting real children is not ok. drawing children being exploited, while sick, should not constitute breaking the law…

Children do not fully understand, nor comprehend the concept of democratic ideals because adults are expected to protect them until they become adults.
