It is 3 cents a page for black and white copies so it only came to 13 dollars to print them all.

I really want it to be but I need to hear back from people first.
DR is in the mix as soon as I hear from someone saying that they will be in charge of making it happen. That means someone who says they will be in charge of posting the announcement on TekkenZaibatsu and monitoring the thread regulary (preferably once a day), calling the game producers and asking if we can run it (actually pretty easy to do), telling the people in the community, finding the PS3s, getting someone to run it, keeping in contact with me and anything else that involves making it run smoothly.
So right now it is still in side tourney status until someone who I know is reliable can step-up to take it on. It can still be a huge side tourney if people want to bring their PS3s, but if its an official tourney, that means we are responsible for making it good, and I don’t want to add it until someone says they will work on it.
I put our NWM AV’s in the Image Mishmash Thread so that other people not in our region could rep the AV’s if they want to.

Anyone think it would be cool to have a few more AV’s? I told people we could probably make them one personally if they wanted. Even if no one uses them, it is still getting the word out.

I’ll be bringing a PS3 (and my TV if ya’ll need another one). Tek.Kent from PDX will most likely bring his as well and we have a few others in WA that will be able to supply a PS3.

If you get them printed at Office max, you can get close to 200 (after being cut) for less than 5 bucks. Easy way to print out flyers and hand them to other gamers and your friends as reminders.

Ha, do you go to BCC? That Marvel machine is wack crazy. A little bit of the screen is off to the side where you can’t see it, the sticks are way to tall, and the buttons are convex and there is a 1/2 gap between the top and bottom. Whats up with that. Still better than the hub though.

Yeah, I put them up yesterday and taught my friend how to shoot air hyper viper beams.

This is the schedule so far. We can work on it if anyone has any suggestions and as the tournament runners meet up. We can shift some games if people need it.
Schedule-
12:00-1:00 - Registration and Set-Up
1:00-3:45 - Tekken: DR, VF5, CVS2 Tournaments
3:45-4:00 - Equipment Inventory Check
4:00-6:45 - Super Turbo, Guilty Gear:AC Tournaments
6:45-7:00 - Second Equipment Inventory Check
7:00- Finish - Marvel, 3rd Strike Tournaments with an inventory check at 9:00 as people start to leave.
This is something that is important to have for when people leave or in the middle of the tournament.
Questionnaires- At the front table and in the room, there will be small questionnaires that people can fill out with advice and info about who they are, how they heard about the tournament, who they brought, and how we can make the tournament better for next time.
If there is any information you think we should ask, post up and we can add it to the survey. Post up as many questions as you want and we can decide which ones we will put on it. We will already know there, names, which games they played, and where they are from, from when they register.
