Definitely the break, at least we’d have something new to talk about. I’m hoping the force haki training Luffy is undergoing will bear fruit in the next couple of chapters, because its application with his DF abilities will be awesome.
As a sidenote, are there any Devil Fruit abilities you saw either recently or pre-timeskip that you think was wasted on the user being a mediocre fighter?
Mr.5’s Bomu Bomu no Mi stood out to me because he could turn anything from his body, even his boogers or his breath into explosives. A refined or awakened version of that DF could probably do some cool stuff like create missiles or torpedoes containing his breath or if he learned Rokushiki could do explosive Rankyaku and Shigan attacks. Geppo and Soru could get an extra boost with the explosions, propelling him even faster. Hell, imagine a Rokuougan combined with explosive power?!
The break sucks but if it helps Oda not work himself to death that is fine. I do wonder about how the info keeps leaking. It has got to be something or someone related to the returned group but who / how is difficult to even guess none of them seem the betrayer type and the theory of Momo being connected via fruit doesn’t make sense given they were tracked in Dressrosa before he even ate the fruit and he had no way of knowing how to get to Zou.

Foxy had a simple but cool ability that if used in a more tactical sense rather than direct fighting would be scary to deal with. An awakened ver could have him emit a slow aura around him for protection. Add to that maybe Observation haki and you got a guy who can make an AHVB come out like you used it on the ground.
The fuck is wrong with you? It isn’t petty, it is fanboys like Whiteshadow over estimating what these characters can do and it’s annoying.
And as for it being a “minute” detail, on one hand you have WB best feats not being able to sink a relatively small island. On the other you have WS claiming he can destroy a planet. And none of you are calling him out on it.
In short, call people out on their bullshit. WS claim that WB can destroy a planet is BS and has no basis in reality. Nothing ever displayed in any manga, anime or SBS back up that statement.

So after years we’re finally getting some more crucial information on the higher levels of Haki — Goken! It seems it’s even better at penetrating the defenses of enemies but I also think it’s a bit premature of Luffy to think learning this technique will truly damage Kaido. The old man gave us a hard clue on the difference between a slashing projectile attack like Zoro’s 1080 Pound Hou and Mihawk’s insanely long distance iceberg splitting slash. Infusing goken into his sword is the next level of mastery for Zoro it seems… Maybe his Ashura already…
Hiyori’s true personality finally shines through, but at the same time I get a weird vibe from her. Has she always had to “act” or is her personality fractured by the trauma she endured?
Do Kappa’s actually exist in One Piece or is Kawamatsu simply a mythical Zoan who’s chosen to always remain actively in that form? I can’t wait to see. Either way, he seems like he’s probably one of the strongest samurai on Wano by Hiyori’s description alone.
Seastone bullets only being manufactured in Wano, and judging by the Armadillo’s wanton use of them, I guess they’re not that rare. This makes me more confident that guys like Van Auger and Benn Beckman are probably stocked with them. In a way they’re probably Kurohige’s greatest weakness as well. Come to think of it Wano seems to be a place stuck in time, and a lot this arcane knowledge of manufacturing and haki strongly hints that the world before the Void Century was probably a lot less ignorant and more advanced in certain aspects.
I just realized that since Oden’s wife died 20 years ago, her DF is now out there which is pretty interesting. Whether time travel is an awakened ability of it or not is another story but it sounds like a fruit that could fetch a ridiculously high price like the Ope Ope no Mi, if someone hasn’t already eaten it already.
