They actually reverted the nerf to NS/EM/CL combo, i know firsthand (360 ele sham alt). The 1sec global for totems helps a lot as well, but it still doesn’t really feel like “enough”. But eh, whatever that’s why he’s an alt.

Aite, so I bought a new video card for WoW.
It’s fairly nice, I get a good 30-40 FPS on it…but why the hell does it stutter sometimes?
I read on the WoW forums people are also getting problems, some saying it’s post-patch.
Also, all the settings are at the lowest, except for Spell Detail.
The card is a 7300GT…anyone wanna give me advice on how to stop this?
T4 Shoulders:
32 Str
22 Agi
33 Stam
13 Hit
Yellow and Blue sockets with a +3 Str bonus for matching them up. You can fulfill the socket bonus with a 4 Str/4 Crit gem and a 4Str/6 Stam gem to get an overall 43 Str bonus to the shoulders, only 2 AP above the Gruesome. 48 Str overall with 2 +8 Str gems. The T4 has 10 hit lower than the Gruesome, and no ArP though. Overall, the Gruesome are a bit better if you already have some ArP gear as it scales up, but if you already have the T4 it’s not too huge an upgrade, and the badges could be spent elsewhere.
I’m the opposite. I was able to get my T4 shoulders, so I passed on this, though since even gemmed, the Pauldrons are still better, imho.

I’m just unsure as to why Blizzard is tiptoeing around shaman right now. Like honestly, the shit they gave us was nice, but like you said, not quite enough. I havne’t specced for enhancement pvp yet (which really just has me throwing 5 points in to Toughness, no major changes…) but really other than instant ghostwolf, the Toughness change, and making Shamanistic Rage a phsyical buff instead of magic (which is actually a nerf against non-dispelling classes since it only lasts 15 seconds now, but I’ll take it as a buff) they didn’t do anything for the spec. I still get raped by 0 resilience rogues who stunlock, mages who frost nova and counterspell, warlock dots/fears, etc. Nothing really changed, the free resilience just makes me last a few seconds longer. All the core problems are still there.
I guess I should quit bitching and spec elemental for pvp, but I don’t feel like gathering gear for it.
This new patch almost makes me want to get back into WoW…almost.

Let us know how enhancement goes if you spec back into it. i only have 69 semi-twink gear for enhancement for i have no real method of trying it. My hopes aren’t terribly high though. Also, a reminder for anyone with alts at 70 or for classes like shaman that multiple sets…
You have “free” gear waiting for you from rep vendors. It’s just the .5 tier pvp stuff but it’s a free start towards resilience without having to do much. All the rep reqs are honored, and some like thrallmar and cenarion you probably have honored/revered with just through leveling.
only problems i get with the new patch is sound problems, like i sometimes cant hear my cast or hear the combat of others going on. annoying.
I logged on once since the patch because I always find patch week extremely overwhelming so I like to wait until things cool down.

anybody else tried participating in a premade or running one? I run premades on my server and the Q times are FUCKED. It will say 1 minute q’s then just never pop.
That’s the one. I’ve gotten procs that crit for over 1k. I’m told that it has a 15 sec cd.
That’s because those times are for individual players, when you run a full group, its gotta get a full group to match you.

The hunter is supposedly the best Hunter in the world right now. Dood is in Nihilum, so I wouldn’t really doubt it.
Anyways, if you have watched it, what is the mod that the Hunter is using where when the cooldown of something is done, the button “pops up” at you?
I haven’t seen the vid but my guess is the add-on in the video is JIM’s Cooldown Pulse. You could also use ScrollingCombatText (SCT) to acheive similar effects. BTW what’s your hunter’s name on K’J? So my hunter can gank you. For the Horde! :lovin:
For the record. Healing Heroic MT and Normal MT has to be the worst instance ever as a holy pally. Thanks blizzard for having a ton of AOE.
Got into my first 25 man raid last night (TK) to void reaver. Does anyone have any tips on this boss fight cuz deadly boss mods no longer helps. Our ranged DPS and healers kept getting bombed.
So yeah. Repair bills SUCK for a ret pally. Between normal MgT and TK I spent close to 100g.
Man I would’ve loved to have a pally tank for the last MgT I ran.
Do you like having a ret pally in your groups for sanctity aura?
im putting the game to the side until the sound issue is fixed.
