What sound issue?
a lot of poeple are having problems with 2.4 missing sounds or dropping sounds. It has to do with hardware and the way wow only lets you choose 64 or 4 channels of sound. Even then if you set your sound channels to 24 manually in the config file, the sound loss is still there. Unloading the sounds to the processor is also a no go.
The best advice is to just WATCH the balls, but since that fight is fucked up and the balls will totally be unsynched, just skip VR until they fix the targetting issue, which they’ve said they’ve identified as a bug, and Mods will be able to pick it up in the future. Even then, you’re still going to wipe for a night or so.
Also, sound, shit I haven’t had my wow sound enabled in like a year.
What was silly was my guild downed Kael the week before the 2.4 patch. I guess better late than never!
You would srsly quit wow over that? If I’m not in vent talkin to ppl then I put on music anyway. Grinding to angry rock music is way better. Feels like I’m in my own youtube vid.
I didnt say quit, just put it to the side. I love my sound effects but the game is really boring if you cant hear what you are casting, fighting, or other people casting on. You try going through Colfang or flying with effects coming in and out. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
been back on BWL for a bit now. I have a question though. I have my friends account and had 2 instances of WoW running the other day. Had my toon who is 49 and his 70 in Mara for a princess run. I’d alt tab to switch between characters. does blizz frown upon this? There is never anyone doin mara and I wanted the Thrash Blade and fungus shroud armor so I had to do it

Multiple accounts are 100% legal, no worries. Although you’re not supposed to use other people’s accounts, Blizzard doesn’t usually try to regulate it or anything.

thanks for the info man. getting groups for low level stuff has been a pain on BWL. Seems the server pop went down since I last played.
Tru story, pally tanks are godlike in 5 mans. IMHO. When I was still prot I would run with groups and they would always say it was unfair to have a prot pally tanking. lol.
Wait till you get UBER geared and can tank heroics ala conan style (no shirt) cuz you are too powerful.

So I’m getting tired of playing my warrior, since my 5v5 keeps actin like a buncha women when we don’t play. I feel like playing a hunter for some unknown reason.
Anyone have a s3 geared hunter they don’t want or wanna swap accts for a day or something? Bored out of my mind with my warrior and leveling one is OUT of the question

So we were doing Gruul’s two days ago and I couldn’t wait to try my new warrior fury gear to see how much DPS I actually do. To my surprise one of my other buddies who is also a fury warrior with full pvp gear started to out dps me. WTF ! This is making me question the pvp and pve gear for fury warriors. I’m aware that I lack enchants and have 2 pieces of tanking gear on me. I’m also pretty sure about the rotation I use for dps. Anyway I don’t get it. Here is also an other warrior who has somewhat better gear than both of us who seems to be close in stats for damage when compared to Drasum. Although some people told me that he can do 4x more dps than us.

Are destruction warlocks useful in pvp? I have a 23 warlock and don’t know where to put points in exactly. I know affliction is mostly used and wanted to try something different but I’m not sure I can effectively level putting points into destruction early.
Also I saved up 98 AB and 99 WSG on my 39 ice mage. Should I save the points up until I can actually buy a mount with them or buy all the equipment I can with them when I hit 49.

sl/sl and sl/felguard are the main lock builds atm for pvp.
