Do PS3 to 360 converters exist? I don’t own an xbox, but if sfiv is played on it in tournys, I rather get a converter vs modding. Not all of us are ballin’ and can buy multiple sticks for both systems.
i know a 360 to ps3 converter but i cant think of any that work the other way…
+1 for Bluetooth
Greedy ass MS… fuck it, I’m converting one of my old PSX sticks to 360 I never play on it anyways, lol.
congrats to both of you. profit whores.
No offense but do you really think your going to find the answer here? Why don’t you try calling or emailing where you pre-ordered from?
Bought so far:
360 TE Stick (sold on eBay for $250)
360 TE Stick(sold on eBay for $270)
360 TE Stick (keeping)
360 Standard Stick (keeping) Already have a JLF and sanwa buttons for this one
To my credit, I sold just enough on eBay to be able to buy the sticks I wanted, as I just had a baby girl, and wouldn’t be able to afford it otherwise right now.
Looking at the picture showing the inside of the Standard Edition stick, would a JLF with an S-plate be better than one with just a flat plate?
Seconded.
it’s like I said yesterday, make sure you put in your pre-orders today 1/20 as was the last day. We have already submitted the numbers to our distributor. Good to know that you have spoken to him so he could give you peace of mind however, don’t be doubtful. He & I work together, I informed him in the past that this would be a great idea for us to carry sticks & am grateful to be able to do so to give back to the community as he knows how important is to me that this is happening. When i got home from my primary job to confirm how many orders we got in, i was content. So yes, rest assured that if you did get in your pre-orders through us, your golden. if for any reason there’s a mishap then obviously we would contact you.
Sad that this got lost in the thread posts.
CONGRATS MAN! Hope the bundle of joy grows up right (and can kick your ass at SFIV )
I really want to mod this stick when I get it, but I want that warranty…
Maybe if adding lights isn’t too hard, I’d go with that. Markman/Toodles: do you think you guys would be up for making a few modding guides for like lighting/parts swapping/decal swapping once this thing drops?
Is there a reason why there is a price increase for Canada? When pre-orders commenced last week, the FightPads and FightSticks were the same price as their counterparts in the US. When I preordered the TE yesterday, it seems like the prices jumped up significantly. What’s the deal? Is Mad Catz testing to see how much we are willing to pay?
Inquiring minds want to know …
TIA.
I believe in you Chozen. Probably more than VGC.com where I got the 3 PS3 ones even though they have a pretty reassuring statement on their page as well. Who knows if I’ll get more than one. It’ll be a fun ride the next month coming up.
Hello, I’m new here, I like 2dfighters game, I play ont it since 1994 and got medium skills on it.
I’ve read almost the whole thread and I thank Markman for the products he has made with Madcatz.
I’ll get one TE stick for 360 and one for PS3, not sure to be good with the cthulu board, don’t want to break anything. I wonder is there a way to make them work on a ps2 ? The question has already been asked, but I haven’t seen any answer.
My only little experience with a stick is a sitong stick which works for my ps2, I don’t know how it feels to play with a US stick, even if, a while ago, I played once with the x arcade stick, I don’t really remember. So I hope the japanese style stick is better for me to play. It would have been fun to have the characters card with the te sticks, it’s a bit sad, but not that really important.
I’ll get some fightpads too (probably Gouki or Ryu), which seem to be close from the usb saturn, I really like on ps3, to play on SSFIIT HD Remix. It could be interesting to know, if the feeling is nearly the same, too comfortable, if the moves come out too easily. Really the best pad, this saturn thing, better than the neogeo pad 2, far better than the ps2 pad or anniversary 15th (I’ve found really bad) to me.
It seems that Prima will print a collector guide for SFIV (but on their website they only present the standard) and I wanna know if there’ll be the complete describe of the extra characters, not present in the arcade version, in there, if anybody knows. Markman said earlier pages ago, than one of the guide haven’t those characters due to the lack of time, hope that it isn’t this one.
Sorry for my english and the mistakes I could have made.
No reason at all to apologize for your English. Very well put imo. I have no idea what a sitong joystick is (close to Fanta?), and am sorry you had to play on an XArcade.
hey guys for all us people that have pre ordered a TE stick from gamestop and now it says backordered will we be getting our sticks at sum stage or should we be looking elsewhere now???
Does anyone know if BestBuy will be carrying the normal Fightstick or the CE game?
My bro works at Best Buy so I could ask him to find out but I would imagine they would be selling both. They could definitely make a profit selling those Fight Sticks for those who may have thought about it but then see it right there at their local BB. I know for sure a big retail store like that won’t be selling the TE sticks but everything else should be available.
Sitong is just a chinese brand it seems, the stick made is full sanwa for ps2, pc and ps3 with adaptater.
I don’t celebrate Christmas and don’t ask for gifts, but my family literally must think I live and eat from BestBuy as I have enough in gift certificates to purchase like planet Capcom…every family member got me a BestBuy gift card…
Please do ask your bro. Thanks. If they sold those I could purchase a bunch of normal sticks and mod them for fun.
Try reading back a few pages.
