The map? the World map? the hex design is just for the gameplay part of it, because the world map isn’t just there, you actually interact with it.
yeah I saw that there were some towns but the hex design makes it look like a model town/city looks gorgeous though (the towns)
when I asked about it being repetitive I mean looking at them flying in the air, they should of put more effort in the animations interaction with gravity, you can tell a certain jump that looks to give you enough height to squeeze in two flips but you can sqeeze in four or five. they should of made more effort with the kinesthetic realism, like have them fall or slide depending on your command?
sorry if im being annoying
wow…
what? I hope your not miss reading what im saying, it all looks good I love the games style but that small/significant detail should of been handled since it’s a 2010 game
as you’ve probably guessed im highly critical of anything
btw when I say fall or slide depending on command I didn’t mean you have to choose to fall or slide, that’s just stupid I mean choosing a certain attack makes you land differently.
oh I just feel like a crazy man now, till they do what iv said in the next 5 years and everyone will forget I said anything :bluu:
So, to level up, I have to use all three weapons right? I’ll assume that using a level 1 gun on a level 10 enemy means more xp?
Exp = damage.
I believe that is right anyways.
This is an RPG. As such, the attack animations, like ANY other RPG are just for flavor.
Basically. All weapons only gain exp from damaging the main body. SMGs just have to hit the body, pistols actually get exp from transferred scratch damage as well as their own direct damage, and it’s the same with grenades as well. The amount of exp you get is literally the same as the damage you do. Also, if an enemy life bar is already full of scratch, attacking it again with an SMG does not give you more experience, you have to actually be doing damage.
Don’t make passes at girls who kick asses.
I thought he says “I only make passes at girls who kick asses”
whatever he sayin he needs to say something new…
Nope, it’s “I don’t make passes at girls who kick asses.”
The dialogue between the characters is hilarious sometimes. Zephyr’s English voice is awesome, hardcore Lloyd from ToS FTW. Of course, Vashyron sounds epic as well. I even like Leanne’s voice a lot, now some of the NPCs on the other hand…not so much.
I’m on chapter 7 and the game is still mad fun. It makes me sad knowing how few are gonna know about this awesome game.
Just finished chapter 7 at 56 hours.
Jesus Christ. What else have you been doing besides the main story and side quests? I think I’m clocked at around 10 hours and I’m starting chapter 4.
So I’ve been playing this. I like it overall(WTF at the prices for clothes). Just started, currently at level 5. I swear I got a decent handle on how the games works. Shooting through cover, manuvering, Hero attacks, etc. What should I buy specifically to increase the damage I do? I got random shit and dunno what to do with it. I got a good amount of cash I guess. Like 31 grand.
Arena, money farming, and energy hex farming(over half of all gray hexes in the world map cleared).
Arena alone can consume alot of time lol
Only thing that increases damage is clip size since it give you more shots. Don’t worry about the damage stat though, just worry about charge speed and charge acceleration, because SMG’s multipliers for charges is attack damage. Pistols are only for making scratch to direct damage and for gauge breaks.
Also, clothes are expensive early on yeah but there’s a good money farming method you can do in as early as chapter 3, but it’s easier and more efficient in chapter 6. Check gamefaqs for how it works.
Goddamn this game is putting me to work fuck.
Just barely killed these thugs I need for the kill quest of chapter 4. I had to resort to item spam healing to get through it.
Seems like the tinkerer hasn’t improved upon mods at all since the start of the game.
yeah i’m on chapter 3 at 18 hours…
The battle arena is the truth…
i got a random question?..
Is a new doll found in every chapter… I’m done with all my quests in 3 but i don’t want to move on if i’m gonna miss a doll for the lil’ girls collection…
As long as you do every sidequest before advancing the chapters and do every optional fight on the red glowing hexes(those carry over between chapters btw), then you can’t miss any of them.
I just got to chapter 5 and stumbled upon new/more gun tinkering upgrades. Theres fucking expansion slots all over the place. Spent nearly 40k on new shit already. The ridiculousness of it all. It looks like a giant mess on the schematics screen. :nunchuck:
On Chapter 6, got 25 hours into it.
Been doing every side quest I can do, and grinding to get all the costumes, lol.
Great game, I’m still having a lot of fun with it.
And customizing the game is too good. I fuckin’ put a scope on my scope, with a scope! DAMNN!!! (not joking, you can do almost whatever you want in the custom guns. However, if your stupid with it, it won’t do shit to your gun).
Fun game!
