Just a suggestion: skip Battle Coliseum for KOF 11.
Yeah, skip Battle Coliseum. Also skip Capcom Fighting Jam (or whatever its called). Get KOF 11 or SFA3.
Better yet, save up and get the new Sega/Sammy Fist of the North Star fighting game. That game has very nice visuals. Who knows about the game play though. Ha.

Thanks for replacing the sticks for Marvel!! Works like it should now. By the way, can we switch to japanese buttons( Caved-in sytle)? Just a suggestion/ question… I might be the only guy that likes that style.
The buttons we have now are Japanese style, and I honestly think we shouldn’t switch.
These buttons are pretty standard. If you ever plan on playing in tournies somewhere else, you might as well get use to these.
^^ The buttons are convexed happs (japanese styled american buttons). I don’t know, but I’ve never seen concaved sanwas. :wtf:
So yeah . . . Me, SMF, KRM, and some random guy named Wilson just witnessed the most shocking/hilarious/unexpected thing today.

So yeah . . . it all started when Ian (SMF) started to play some 3S (nothing new). Sooner or later, he loses to a computer, and comes to one of the tables and proceeds to play cards with Alax and friends. We play a couple of games of hold em’, and the next thing you know, someone goes up and plays 3S. Ian then says, “yes, finally some competition”. So yeah . . . Ian plays that guy and beats him (kinda expected this). Ian then proceeds to play computers, until he loses again. The guy comes back (after Ian loses) and starts to play some computers. Bill (KRM) then walks up and starts to think about playing, but the guy’s shirt is over the 2p side of the panel. Bill then asks if he can play. The guy then has a frusturated look on his face, and says that he wants to practice a little, and said something like, “after this match” (couldnt make it out). Bill then inserts his quarter, and asks if he can place his shirt aside, so it’s not all over the 2p stick. He then nods, so Bill places on the bobble bobble machine (right next to 3S). Ian then busts out his camera and starts to record the first match (because Tension asked for a couple of match videos the other day). Bill then wins the first round, and the 1p guy seemed really pissed. He turned around, and saw Ian recording, and at that point, I guess he just loses it. He reaches over, grabs his shirt, throws it at the camera, flips Ian the bird, and says a big fat hearty, “FUCK YOU!” Ian then says, “…what the hell?” and continues recording. The guy then jumps out of his seat, and says something like, “im just here to practice, and you guys have to beat my fucking ass like that? i saw you guys back there watching and laughing at me.” (NOTE betting candy thats not yours from the chocolate factory while playing hold em’ is pretty damn fun) He then whiffs his shirt across Ian’s head and storms out of the arcade. We then put wtf…? looks on our face, because we didnt know what the hell just happened.
Ian was using Yun, Bill was using Yang, and that guy was using Ibuki.
You would probably expect this from an eight year old . . . but this guy seemed to be in his early-mid 20’s. :wtf:
Hmm, I guess this was pretty funny because Bill thought mr.angry was doing Dudley’s win pose when he threw the shirt at the camera. That got me laughing pretty hard. 
Oh, and did I mention that the camera was still going when he started losing it? FOOTAGE COMING SOON! I guess this isn’t a match video, but this sure makes the cut. 
Yeah, it was a question about the buttons, i really dont mind. And thats pretty funny about what happened at 3s. i guess that camera thing just pushed him to the limit, I can understand why he’d be pissed… all the confusion.
I’ll let him know about your suggestions.

I’m still suprised as to how immature he acted upon me, threw a shirt over my camera and said fuck you + finger, and said that “I came to the arcade to practice, not to get my ass beat.” Wtf? My friend wanted to play against him and he even said that he just wanted to practice and don’t play him yet, you go to the arcade and you don’t expect someone to play you? Wants to be good but doesn’t want to be beat, way to go scrub.
Jeff you might have saw him before, he wears glasses and always plays his DS, and uses Ibuki. That guy just lost all my respect to him.
Edit: Oh yeah I was ‘practicing’ too with Urien, too bad he likes to eat Aegis Reflectors.

Damn. (just read about the stupid angry guy you guys met). Pretty stupid. Whatever. I know some folks only like to play the computer but your at the arcade-- your gonna have to play against people whether you like it or not. Pretty stupid reaction from the guy.
I actually usually stay away from newbie players. They’re just not that fun to play. And I hate playing the computer. Once in a while its nice to totally crush a newbie but you also don’t want to discourage them from continuing to play the game.
Maybe I should do some crazy shit like that the next time I lose to Ian! Ha. OH NOES!

Oh, and after looking over the footage, he didnt really give out a big hearty “FUCK YOU”. I guess he just mouthed it with a ton of epression, and I must of imagined it. :rolleyes:
