3DS is a no go without improved battery life… also Pokemon Grey would be nice if it came out two years from now when 3DS’s are cheap and battery life is good…
There is just no good reason to own one right now…

Question for people that are on Smogon (or any other online battle system), do RBY and GSC still have active players? I know that they pale in comparison to BW (as far as activity goes), but I wanted to know if there were at least a handful of players that still played those 2 games.
Well, you’d have to play on a simulator for Gen 1 or 2, but, I’m assuming you knew this…
I’m sure there’s a sim for older Gens out there, Pokemon Online MAY have the ability to run old generations, but, I’m not positive.
