I do use some AR pokes, within legal parameters, if people are cool with that?
Most of the people here use AR, so it’s cool so long as they have legit stats, I’m about to play the metagame more seriously myself. I just transfered most of my pokemon from previous versions to black. I hate the fact that you can’t **transfer items **however, what kind of shit is that? All those leftovers, life orbs, ugh…
At first, the minigame felt kinda lame. But the more you play it, the more you get use to it hahaha. SRK is kinda dead getting some battles going, I hope this changes!!
Anybody have ANY opinions about the current tiers for B/W? It’s still in works I know, but it’s fun to speculate:
UU
UU play is starting to get serious. Mew and Deoxys-D are now in the tier, and some previous OU pokemon Shaymin, Kingdra, Togekiss, and Azelf have been lowered. You add in the unique typings of Escavalier and Bishorp and you have a warzone on your hands. Spinners will be absolutely necessary, that I will say.

Only really shocker here is Wobby, though this was done before and people complained how stupid that thing was so he resent to uber lol. Kyurem sucks lol, I can’t believe I used my Master Ball on that thing. Personally he has good typing but the fighting weakness is a problem, and he gets ripped by S/R and priority moves.
OU
I think everybody saw this makeup coming. Add Excadrill, Darmanitan, Haxrous, Volcarona, few others we already suspected. Did Porygon2 get promoted? Latios and Latias have been dethroned, though Latios is more questionable. Deoxys-S is back in OU again, still some interesting additions to OU. UU will focus more on setups while OU will be highly offensive.
UU and standard OU seem most interesting to me.
UU lacks weather wars, well more precisely it lacks constant weather. Plus a handful of really powerful mons, seem like it will pretty interesting.
OU has some mons that I just don’t want to deal with like cm life orb Reuniclus, but overall, I’m ok with the high offense metagame.
edit: what do you guys think about upcoming DW abilities that haven’t been released yet?
Do you think Shadow Tag Chandy will be banned to Uber? TBH if it isn’t I think it will end up being the bar none best revenge killer with a choice scarf… Though if shadow tag alone had wob banned for 2 gens, I can only imagine a pokemon with decent attacking stats would undoubtedly be banned.
On a similar note, I’m surprised thick fat mamo hasn’t pushed it back into OU… I thought taking neutral damage from fire attacks would improve a few matches for it… as well as it being able to boast resisting the bolt-beam combo… Though, having a fighting weakness and low speed, definitely doesn’t help.
Is this any reason I can’t find eviolite in pokelab? Or am I just dumb?

Chandelure will probably be banned when or if its DW ability gets released.
I’d like to use Technician Breloom, Adaptability Crawdaunt, and Lightning Rod Zapdos when or if they get released. I’d like Keldeo and Genesect to be released soon also.
Thick Fat Mamoswine loses out on both Icicle Spear and Icicle Crash; he needs an Ice STAB other than Ice Shard.
I read that DW abilities could be bread down from the mother pokemon, so it should still be able to get icicle crash.
True, but the DW pokemon that get released are almost always male.
If you do well enough on the minigames, the chance of them being female goes up, if I remember correctly.
I’d battle but because of the item transfer nerf I’m nowhere near prepared. I’m missing several leftovers, life orbs, competitive berries, etc. for my pokemon.
The Mamoswine that was released was a special event. I’m positive that it’s always male like most of the other event pokemon.
There are no pinch berries yet in BW.

Yeah DW abilities are breedable from the mother. You have a 60% chance IIRC.
Adaptability Crawdaunt should be available now. I just got an Adaptability Corphish from the Dream World… Adamant Nature too… Go me! Also caught a shiny Joltik in the Electric Rock Cave-- too bad its Ability was Unnerve lol…
I don’t have access to AR right now, I’m going to get another one soon though.
How does Pokegen work exactly?
Is it some program that allows your router to communicate with your DS or something and allows you to get unhacked pokemon?

Oh, I didn’t realize it was a special event. I thought you were just referring to a random DW Swinub.
I never used pokegen put I heard it kinda works like pokesav, you don’t need to have an AR to use Pokegen but it’s the fastest way. I heard of some people using GTS programs for those without an AR device.
hit me with a list of shizz you need, I’ll hack you random pokes (or pokes you may want) holding the items you want and you can trade me random fodder for it.
the item transfer shit made me saaaad, it was my only complaint with gen 5 tbph
pokegen is a program that customizes pokes you can use ingame, if you’re like me and don’t want to spend time breeding decent mons/grinding trains for the items you need - this is a life saver. I use an A.R to import the codes Pokegen generates to my game, but, iirc there are means of doing with out one… I just don’t know them. Same to you if you want some shit, hit me up.

There’s more I need but I don’t wanna overdo it. 12 pokemon 6 with leftovers, 5 with life orbs. I really need leftovers/lifeorbs importantly. I tried to look at all the gimmicks for today’s metagame and watched some GEN 5 competitive matches, all the stuff I was using in GEN4 probably don’t work as well anymore.
EDIT: Opps I don’t need 6 Life Orbs, just 5. I guess the last life orb can be replaced with a much needed Choice Scarf.

Also, last slot for Excadrill, you want rapid spin or x-scissor?
actually anything with slashed slots in its moveset, can you lemme know what move you prefer? Especially hidden powers, since they can’t be changed.
