God my team is ass. this has been one terribad year for me. it’s all good though anything SRK fantasy is GG
God I am raping this round lol.
My team put on its troll glasses for the first round.
imo.
Your reign of terror stops here, evil doer.
You might want to have a word with Troy Tulowitzki about that Clint.
Anyway, if anyone wants keepers from my team, we can talk trades.
Carlos Gonzalez is virtually untouchable though
yo du fugitive
why you suck at fantasy
lost in the first round?
I’m in the final in my league (good advice last week!)
terrible hitting day today but i can recover
tomorrow i have the quandary of starting clayton richard or chad billingsley, who are up against eachother. I’m leaning heavily towards Richard because he cant have as bad an outing as he did last week, and the padres are still playing for something, unlike the dodgers.
I’ve been already planning my keepers for next year.
I’ve had matchups against Devin Storm Chesser’s team like 7 times this year cuz he’s in the same division and Tulowitzki decides to go off and hit like 14 HRs in 15 games the past two weeks while my keepers decide to be hurt.
Make me offers folks, everyone’s up for grabs but Cargo
yea you got it rough, tulo is unstoppable like a citizen echo drive watch or eli manning
Tulowitzki last week - 9 runs, 6 HRs, 17 RBIs, .300 in a week.
Total Master Baiters offense last week:
36 runs 15 HRs 38 RBIs 6 SBs .2697
My team is bipolar, from week to week you don’t know if they will play good or totally suck ass.
well that worked out quite nicely
clayton richard has like a 37 ERA when i start him but a 1 ERA when i drop him
same goes for derek holland
it sucks no one gets put on the dl in september
i could use a roster spot but if i drop josh johnson someone will pick him up as a keeper and i want to keep him
ESPN’s Jim Caple says Run the most important stat…yea, w/e shit head
I love this part:
really enjoying this Fire Joe Morgan reunion
Apparently Ichiro got 200 hits again.
I didn’t even know about the return of FJM. So glad I read this thread.
I also like that Stat Geek article by Jerry Thornton that they had as well. Just a really creepy article, even before they got to it.
And of course, Jim Caple’s insane runs article…staggering in how bizarre it was to witness. What was that strange RBI vs. runs discussion he has with himself midway through? THEY ARE BOTH MEANINGLESS, YOU ARE A PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL WRITER, WHAT IS GOING ON
Also, originally posted on March 11th…
Today Jose Bautista has hit his 50th home run and Vernon Wells is currently sporting a 125 OPS+, third most productive season of his career, best since 2006.
Turns out I know shit about baseball.
what’s interesting is he’s the first person to do it since 2007
it seemed like everyone was hitting 50 hrs but i guess that was a lie

god bonds sosa and mcgwire were so broken
In hindsight…those are just such ridiculous numbers now, they make very little actual sense to me now. So hard to imagine a guy hitting 50+ now, it’s nuts.
1950’s - 2
1960’s - 3
1970’s - 1
1980 to 1994 - 1
1995 to 2005 - 15
2005 to 2010 - 6
Hmm…
Wow, Ryan Howard hit 58 home runs in 2006…? I have zero recollection of this.
EDIT: Holy shit, and so he did.
