Does anyone know if Winnipeg makes money off of Jets memorabilia? I was walking through the touristy part of town today and noticed just how much Nordiques shit is sold in this city. Is this the only place they still make a crapton of money off a dead team?

Naw, i bought a jets hat a couple years back. You don’t see them alot, but you’ll see the new nordique or jets stuff around sometimes.
Pretty sure the NHL makes straight profit from those sales.
Since there is no owner for those teams currently.

yeah i agree, i think tampa has the best shot out of the two. I’m predicting tampa takes the cup, if they get past boston. Van has had two easy series in a row, and you can say what you want about being rested up. But spending most of the playoffs grinding it out in game 7s is much more benificial than a couple days rest.
