Sources say Kovolchuk won’t play in Canada, but I bet if he has the potential to be the centre of attention rather than play for podunk nobody teams like Atlanta or NJ, he’d consider it. Leafs could just offer him a fucking 10 year contract and be done with it. Burke has said he isn’t interested in paying what Kovie wants, or the terms he wants, but burke fucking shoots down EVERYTHING that is reported so meh.
