Rooms for Caesars aren’t any cheaper anywhere right now than the 159/night Evo rate, which is pretty darn expensive. RDU to Vegas flights are around $300. Unfortunately Caesars is like the most expensive place to stay on the strip right now for some reason.

Mad hyped for some skullgirls. I guarantee I won’t be able to do it in tourney but I found a 100% in a 1/1 ratio with Peacock / Parasoul. I’m trying to decide if there’s much of a point to 2 characters over 3… once you get into the realm of long combos, with the way scaling works, 2 character teams do close to the same as 3. You just get more health and more damage on random pokes.
question is, will the game be playable? remember what happened last week with the game reverting back to a trial because of no net connection?
How did they play it at the tourney Saturday? They didn’t have a connection 
did they use PS3 or 360 this past weekend?

Not sure if i can go. I want to go. family issues this weekend and I hope they don’t hinder my KOF. With that said… WNB and ReSe ranbats today and tomorrow. I know i’m going tonight and can probably take people. I can’t take people to ranbat tomorrow.

I think the reason people will use 3 character teams is for the multiple assists. I came up with some absurd resets for my three person team that I couldn’t do with two. I am a whole lot more scared of easy 50% combo -> ridiculous unseeable reset -> death in this game than an absurdly long/hard 100% that requires you to have the perfect starter and not use your OTG to start the combo.
I have been working on some crazy stuff in that game that I can’t wait to try out tonight.
PS3. So I am guessing it’s locked for 360 then and not PS3. Well that kinda helps my decision on which system to get it for. Kinda sucks I have to buy games according to how I run them at the tourney but I have to do what I have to do. $15 though so I may just get it for both so I can play 360 with you guys

It was locked because I was an idiot and didn’t bring my whole Xbox. I only brought the harddrive. It won’t be locked if you keep the xbox + harddrive combo and go offline.
so are the issues with freezing and such exclusive to 360?

Should be getting my monitor, system, games and stick in the mail by either Friday or Monday. My account is still NCBboy, I’ll have AE, UMvC3, SFxT, KoF XIII, SCV, MK, BBCSE and some DLC games including HDR, MvC2, 3SO and SG. I smiled looking on the front page today and seeing GGAC+ coming out online this summer, hope the netcode keeps it playable. Feels good getting back into fighting games after nearly three months away. I’m pretty much settled into my new place now and feeling pretty comfortable.
