Who else has those long legs with slicked down hair? The hand on the hip pose is a dead giveaway.
You know, I’m having a really hard time finding a picture of it, but what most people don’t know is that Dormammu actually has a human head that he keeps sorta hidden with the whole flaming pumpkin thing he’s got going on there. To the best of my knowledge, said human head actually has long black hair, kind of like his sister Umar, so that may also be an explanation for what we see in those other pictures.

In this case, though, if you look at the Capcom logo picture, you can see her leather pants and boots.
They’re clearly the same character, which is why I mentioned both pictures in my previous posts. There’s no doubt that the Dormammu/Ghost Rider/Mephisto one is Dormammu, the only problem is he doesn’t have flames in the second picture, but it is still clearly him.
Not sure if this has been mentioned or not, but the shillouette in the bottom right looks like Tiffany Lords from Rival Schools…

Indeed, in the other image it’s deffinately her, still looks like Tiffany though, has the same grin and hair…

Also, that one guy in the artwork with slicked-back hair and glasses among the red silhouettes is almost certainly Wesker like I thought. His voice actor posted on the MvC3 Twitter saying something like “Why am I posting here? No reason in particular…”
