Just touching base with a few of your posts. I can understand how it can be wierd to play a game with different air options than your main game. You have no Idea how much I rage playing GG/BB/SF4/FUC/CvS2/Anything really that doesnt let me jump twice and airdash and airblock. While to some people this adds hurrr jump around like fairies trying to hit each other, I prefer it to hurrr turtles throwing out long range pokes hoping opponent runs into them. Also on you’re multiple posts about tigershots and tiger uppercut. I recomment F-Aoko or C-F Ciel, even H-Sion (even though you seem to hate her :<) The reason being is all those characters have good projectiles, good reversals, and good rushdown. With F-Aoko, I dare you to show me any mixup scarier than when you cant see your opponent, magnetos got shit on this. Ciel is a very very solid character. She has answers to everything and can even make reversals safe with meter. H-Sion has arguably the best projectile ive seen in a fighting game ever. It covers ALOT of area and on CH leads into simple 50% combos.
Now im not going to try and convince you as to why I think Melty is better. But if you have any questions pretty much anyone here will gladly answer you. and if we cant we can probably show you a video that you can study up on.

Yeah, all this EVO hype is very nice and all, but we still have Final Round which is a bit more than a month away and it’s hardly getting the kind of hype it deserves. The last time MB was at FR it was one of, if not, the hypest game at the event. I’m very sure we can do it again this year, especially with all these new MB supporters coming out just for EVO.

What’s a good place to start learning/read up on MB basics? BnBs, basic gameplay, that sort of thing. A tutorial maybe? It can be any version, though I’d prefer if it taught AC since it has netplay and that’s the only hope I’ll ever have of finding competition for it where I live. 8(
