My word! That gentleman is pressing buttons in most peculiar of ways, as if he was not well-versed in this game!
…Ya’ll niggas are retarded. Just keepin’ it REEEEEEEEAL!
CPhame: You gotta register to the wiki first. There should be a register button at the top of the screen on the main page.

A little something I put together. Aside from instability in one of the clips and the ghetto credits at the end, I think it turned out ok
nice video
oh
don’t let them put BB over MBAA at evo2k10. make this shit happen
Does J.623a hit high Tiggy? The last Clip wasn’t really a fuzzy guard.
I’ll just say that saying “shit”, “fuck”, and “nigga” xN is not make for good commentary. When pretty much every other word out of your mouth is an expletive, it’s in poor taste. Swearing is all right sometimes, but it becomes far too distracting. Besides, anyone can grab a mic and yell expletives into it.
GG has a better chance of returning to Evo than MB has of making it into Evo, and GG is 100% dead at Evo. The community for the game is relatively small (only EC plays it) compared to a lot of potential Evo games, and even though the game is hype, Evo is pretty much done with old consoles. Frankly, I’d be surprised if they still had imported PS2s to run MBAA. It’s extremely unlikely that they still do, and I doubt they’d want to spend money buying imported copies of MBAA for a game that’d likely only be there for one year.
Gah
Well it was really hard to replicate what I did in the video. I couldn’t get the second hit of j.623A to connect on block, much less IH the first hit. j.623B hits high IIRC, so I would assume j.623A does as well. I’ll have to edit that part out of the video then or just do annotations or something. Thanks for the heads up!
Im sure the community is more than willing to supply PS2s for Evo.
From the layout thread:
Is the “Q” here now the equivalent of the MBAA E button?
Also if anyone is going to the Arcade Legends ranbat this Saturday I would love to play some MBAA.
It’s the E button. I don’t know anybody that calls it Q.
Also, NEC X was awesome.
Updated the wiki page with Half Moon info. Will add more in the strategy section later. I wanted to clean up the page so it looks a little less cluttered by using bullet points, but I didn’t see how to do it.
Clearly your opinion on how things should be worded comes with authority.
Back in the day it was referred to as Q by players here; just as a style choice really. That’s fallen out of favor as the official game documents have then referred to the button as E.
I see. :x
I’ve been so intermittent with Melty Blood until MBAA so I guess I kind of missed that. I remember it was hell of a big deal when quick action was introduced for MBAC Ver. B arcade, though.
lol~
Was supposed to say “does not make for good commentary”, but I jumbled my thoughts between “is not good commentary” and “does not make for good commentary”. End result was what was quoted above. Regardless, point stands.
Whew…added even more revisions to the Ryougi section, cleaned up both F and C moon stuff, and threw in some combos I use for H moon with annotations. Hopefully the people who edited C and F don’t mind (I dunno who they might be).
As far as commentary, I’m torn between Seth style commentary vs Chris Hu. Spooky’s commentary is really fun to watch and super informative too. You do so much for the community man, hats off to you. If we ever meet in the future, you got a drink on me.
What was up with part 12, at the 6:12 mark? Were those two testing something?
Yeah they were testing some stuff out at the end of that set.
F-Ciel has reliable clash frames on her 4b AND 5c to effectively anti air. Nas was trying to discourage Zar from using that by showing him that he could beat it out with the EX. Zar was proving that he could still beat out the EX either by shield bunkering, chicken blocking, or using another move to clash.
