I’ve successfully did my first LED mod, and ironically, it was my first full stick mod as well. My friend is a rich !%#@^&* and wanted something that people would notice. I have the stick inside the “Check Out My New Arcade Stick! (No Image Quoting)” thread, although it would be awfully hard to find it now… I’ve been dabbing into this sort of thing for about 7 months now, and jdm714 helped me out with my first mod with identifying the signals and grounds. Much appreciated by the way!
Now, a lot of people here in CO ask me to mod their sticks, and I recently got ahold of tech flex. It’s amazing to use 
I still have yet to post the pictures up for critiquing. I have about… 3 sticks on queue, and I’m just waiting for the 3 Paewangs to arrive here… Despite disliking the Paewangs, I’ll use them… I guess.

Why do you dislike them? Just wondering, I haven’t had a problem yet. Other then a board that didn’t work right from the start, got it replaced at no charge though.
They feel really fickle. On all the Paewangs that I’ve dealt with so far, a fair number of them had to be sent back due to sticking buttons or something right from the start, or an oscillator breaking off.
The last one I had, I was really anxious to get this stick working. I wired it up, and the guide button was always held down. Desoldered everything, and plugged it into a 360. The guide menu clearly pops up, and it also pushed Start or A or something, because it started up Marvel. Because I’ve already done some things to it, I don’t think I can return it 
Paewang? EWW!
I only use them if my Customer forces me.
I would never offer or use Paewang in my Service.

It is funny, because one my beautiful mod was Paewang in TEK-Case.
I saw that in the Wiring thread. Made me wonder about it when you mentioned you disliked Paewangs, 30 mins ago.
Other than the PS360 boards which as far as I know never re released, are there other boards that dual mod without the need of a 360 board? My partner has only been able to get a hold of Paewang. We’ve done a ton with only that one problem, which got resolved, when you plugged it in the computer just would not recognize right from the start. So now we check that before starting the mod.
switching issues is why
padhacking a 360 board and using an imp is a lot better than having a paewang stuck to one system
That’s the main reason why I don’t like the paewangs…
I like Imps since it’s not a toggle effect.
