Well I’ve always wrapped it around the stick when I was finished playing. Never tightly!
Wrapping is what causes the problem.
A Modder will resplice or install a new USB.
Thank for the info! I’ll be in the Brooklyn/Manhattan area this weekend so if anyone can assist me in replacing the USB cable (I don’t have a replacement cable) please send me a pm. I’ve already dispatched a pm to the two modders in the area but those posts were from a year or two ago.

That stinks, but your post just spurred me to take a chunk of time while at work to message everyone on the list. I asked them to verify that they still are indeed active. If any of the NYC guys get back to me in a week, I will point them to your post, otherwise they will be removed from the list for the time being until/if they are active again.

Although you do mods in Arizona, your SRK Account is too new for SRK.
You have to wait at least Six Months, and accrue Fifty Posts before you can Sell and Service.
You can do mods.
You just cannot advertise on SRK yet.

Is DevilsFang not around? I need a modder in Central Florida. Skullgirls was the last straw: PS3 really is the console for fighters. I want to get my 360 TE dual modded so I can play Skullgirls on Ps3, and later, Steam.
You could do it yourself with a Kitty TE board. No soldering necessary, and it will make your stick multi-console.
