NBC Shakeup -- Jay Leno Comes Out on Top

anywhere i can see the last couple of shows of Conan online? I missed them ><

^ Hulu has up until yesterdays episode and will probably have the last episode on tomorrow. Thats how I watched it because I dont have tv.

I almost cried with him. I also got reminded of the bit he did about his shitty ass car and that made me happy.

Conan screwed Conan

I am seriously not seeing the funny in this one.

oh my god that speech he dropped on his final show was SICK. it was some heavy shit. he certainly ended the show with class. amazing! damn, ive never seen him so serious and emotional and ever, i wish him well, i hope he gets a time slot opposite jay and destroys leno’s ratings.

Conan’s a class act. I remember seeing his last Late night show speech and I got choke up during that too.

Yeah, I choked up too when Conan did his speech at the end. I’ve been watching Conan for years and years, all through high school and college. The guy’s a comedic genius, and it’s sad knowing that he’s losing the gig that he was supposed to have for years to come. I hope he has success in whatever he’s going to do next after this mandatory waiting period until September.

ya I have an HDTV, and I swore I saw his eyes glistening with tears. Do you think in another 5-10 years when Jay retires, he will get the show back again?

I couldn’t watch the HD version because my cable company screwed up the broadcast entirely to where the HD version was unwatchable. It was like trying to watch a video online that was buffering every second.

Damn what a sad last episode… Can’t wait to see Conan back on TV later this year. It’s gonna be epic!

conan is a fox, baby. c’mon rupert murdoch, spend dat avatar money! :encore: :encore:

man, i dont even have a HD tv and i saw those tears well up. hes a good guy. good luck to him in the future.

NBC would be ridiculous NOT to offer it to Conan.

That being said, the bridge is damn near burned.

Actually I think by then he may be a little too old. In 5 years he’ll be in his 50s, and I’d think they’d want to get someone in their mid to early 40s who’s more likely to appeal to even younger crowds and have a longer run.

its more showing how much everyone hates fallon.

it was the best show on regular television. amazing run imo and great speech. i cant wait for him to come back.

im outi

Roberth

can someone tell me why the heck the roots are on jimmy fallon?

Dunno, but I’m sure it has something to do with lots of $$$.

hell no, by then coco will be number 1 on fox and well into establishing his own late night institution. NBC knocked the luster off their own show and doomed its future. let carson daly and jimmy fallon squabble over that seat.
