Yeah, is it me, or does Naruto get better when Mist Nins are involved? Zabuza arc was nice. Kisame was a beast. Hell, even Raiga was cool, doing Sasuke Lightning hacks before Sasuke, only actually making them make sense (only getting full power during a Thunder/Lightning storm).

and full powered kisame with his sword can actually take a big attack and have the sword heal it once. gai is still exhausted from that move. if kisame could survive it and be able to go on, then i dont see gai coming up better than with a draw both dead or kisame ftw.
So…Nagato is still alive? At the end of the chapter Madara calls Konan Nagato, and there is no way Konan would ever say she could destroy Madara.

she was always kinda useless to me. i hope Madara makes it quick and ruthless. but if that shark reaches madara with the info, he’s gonna start getting Sasuke ready although i really dont see him matching naruto at this point.
I still have trouble believing Gai is at Kisame’s lvl or better, but seeing is believing I guess. Now, if Kisame knew the blue energy was physical power and not chakra ahead of time that may have gone differently. Still though afternoon tiger is extremely powerful.
I am still giving a fair matchup to kisame though. I don’t see Gai handling his godzilla shark form unless he goes 8 gates, but even then it would be a tie at best.
Man, Kisame did go out like a G. He pulled off some real ninja stuff there, especially the booby trap on the scroll. That was awesome.
So, with Madara now going after Rinnegan one has to wonder…who’s getting the eyes if he succeeds? Without question he plans to implant them into someone, the obvious choice being Madara himself. But then again I think he needs his Mangekyou for the Moon Eye Plan. Also, we haven’t seen Sasuke with Itachi’s eyes yet, only his bandaged face, suggesting that at the least he had his Sharingans removed. Since Madara looks like he had a use for Itachi’s eyes by putting them in the special box, he may have never intended to give them to Sasuke and instead wants to give him Rinnegan. Meanwhile, blind Sauce may not have any eyes at the moment and is sitting there thinking he’s getting his brother’s eyes when really this is Madara’s plan.
I dunno, just thoughts.

I think what Madara meant was, “I see you have no intention of telling me where you hid the rinnegan…or more specifically…Nagato (his corpse).” I really doubt that Konan is Nagato, even the caption at the end says it’s Konan. But I could be wrong.
These days it’s gonna be tough, I don’t know any sites that backlog Naruto anymore (Mangastream only has the last 4-5 chapters). I’ll see if I can find it, it was right after Madara got Sauce the hell out during the confrontation with Naruto if I’m recalling right.
