back to theory fighter, 4th vs itachi would be the shit. that is unless 4th attacks without considering hes a super uchiha. itachi on the other hand is always cautious as fuck, even if you where to hit him theres a huge chance that hell go boom, clone. till the sasuke fight that itachi lost on purpose, he was never ever hit. ever, only his bunshins. dude was a real nin.

Itachi/Pein/Minato fighting comes down to stage select and what folks know or don’t know. Pein died because he brought everyone he killed back to life, Itachi died from mysterious causes, and Minato died from sealing the kyuubi.
Madara still hasn’t done shit but scheme and teleport. He lost to the first hokage (with wife assist), but he hasn’t done any special moves. If you want to rate him, wait until his fight at the end of the series when he is restored to full power, otherwise it is like trying to find a matchup for Oro when he couldn’t use his arms.

@Uncauzi: I usually avoid theory fighter because all too often it just degenerates into “RAAWWWWWR! X character is better! Y character sucks!” with no back-up as to why.
