I admit, I watched Naruto up until the part when Sasuke left to join Orochimaru. The fillers bored me so much, I decided to stop watching it all together.
I remember I used to enjoy watching anime over reading manga. I find that these days I prefer the manga over the anime. I stopped watching Naruto when they swapped over to that year long filler thing. No way in hell. For the heck of it I tuned into one episode and it was Hinata fighting ninjas that used bees. -____-
I mean it was cool when that guy in Ninja Scroll had the hornet’s nest in his back and utilized “bees” but the bee ninjas in Naruto just didn’t work to me.
To be honest I’d prefer the fillers if they weren’t centred at all around the main cast. Like they dealt with individuals away from the leaf or did things like Kakashi Gaiden with people like Shodai, Sarutobi etc.
There’s a lot of material that can’t be covered in the manga because of time restraints, they’re wasting an opportunity to show what the wars were like.
This fight…I don’t know how to call it. The logical person in me says that Kakashi should have an advantage, being fully (mostly) rested, with his own MS, his thousand jutsu, etc, against a tired Sasuke who has been throwing out eyehax Ultras like candy. But the person in me who actually reads the manga says that Sasuke’s got too much plot armor, and is going to win through some sort of bullshit.

On the whole who is stronger than who. It seems that Naruto is still much stronger than Sasuke. Its been like that for a long time because Naruto has the nine tails chakra to use up. They’ve both been pretty wreckless when it comes to just throwing there chakra out. At this point it looks like Naruto has more potential to grow, and he is a crazy fast learner. He usually finds someone to train him some new shit as well. Sasuke has been venturing out on his own, and hasn’t really learned anything besides all the eye jutsus. Another thing thats been helping Naruto is his ability to win people over with his heart or whatever. He’s got a crazy amount of assists on the side waiting. Sasuke just stabbed one of his only companions lol. All the people in the Leaf village help to fuel Naruto’s ambition. Sasuke has that going for him with Itachi and the Uchiha clan, but Madara is corrupting him, and hes becoming blind with rage.
Also, the show is called NARUTO, not SASUKE lolz. So ya =]

you didnt get my point, i said sasuke is stronger than any living kage or any aka (not madara obviously) member out there. i know he still aint as strong as his brother, yet. but just how many people could have beaten his brother? 2 at most. from the kages weve seen sasuke fight with, rai (along with danzou) was obviously the strongest, and that was sasuke just learning to use his MS. mizu would have been killed if she fought a fresh sauce actually going for ths kill. 3rd has been surpassed a long ass time ago, 3rd in his prime would be around oro in his prime level, not enough for the sauce. not by a long shot.
also, madara fighting first was madara of the old. he had ems, but missed lots of other jutsus like teleporting and vanishing. it was essentially madara vs konoha, madara had the kyuubi and hashirama had 8 other bijuu and the village at his side (that means even the uchiha where supporting hash), and the ability to control the kyuubi as well. madara obviously powered up his jutsus since a 100 years ago. the 4th who was the strongest kage ever to grace konoha couldnt do shit against madara. it was the 4th along with the 3rd and ALL of konoha vs kyuubi and an undercover madara not even fighting with anybody besides plotting against the 4th.
