I remember how cool they were when all they did was give the ability to read movements and copy jutsus. Then came inextinguishable black fire, warping through dimensions, big ass monsters, etc.
You’d think with all that, they’d at least give Hyuugas something other than the ability to scream “Byakugan” really loudly and increase the size of their veins.
The 4th probably had a harder time fighting Madara because he didn’t know any wood jutsu. Given the 1st’s experience sealing the tailed beasts, the 9 tails wasn’t as much of a threat as it could have been. Once he sealed the 9 tails, he then fought Madara 1-1. The 1st also had more experience here because he continually fought with Madara before making a truce. Conversely, the 4th was forced to fight both the 9 tails and Madara at once. The 4th couldn’t use wood jutsu to easily seal the 9 tails nor did he have any experience sealing tailed beasts. So, the 4th had to beat up both the 9 tails and Madara enough for him to use his sealing jutsu on the 9 tails.

For a fighting game site there sure is alot of misunderstanding about how matchups work going on.
The 4th vs madara and the 1st vs madara aren’t the same fight. Just like how if naruto and fought Danzou or hidan or sasuke would have fought Pain or Sasori the fight would have looked completely different from the ones we know.
The 4ths main attribute was his ridiculous speed while the 1st had a kekkei genkai and huge amount of chakra. The 1st had a way of containing tailed beasts without dying and the 4th didn’t and Madara had a tailed beast with him when he fought the 4th. The 1st fought Madara repeatedly, the 4th didn’t.
None of this has anything to do with who would win in a fight between the 1st and the 4th hokage though. The 3rd stopped the 1st but i’d still take the 1st hokage in a fight against madara over any of the others.
All I know is Utakata slapped that annoying girl just on GP, so I respect him.

And both of you guys are dismissing the 4th had ‘assist’ as well. It wasn’t just the 4th against the 9T and Madara, as he had Frog summon help and the village nin (hey they at least functioned as bait/meter).
My point as well had absolutly NOTHING to do with Sasuke verse the 4th, MUSOLINI stated that Sasuke was essentially on a teir above Kage’s, and my point was…“No he’s not”. Kage teir yes - not calling him a slouch or hating, but as it stands from a match-up stand point - Sasuke is in essence a younger Madara w/o 9T assist and w/o EMS - same/similar skillset more than likely - I’ll use the Ryu/Dan comparison, but not as…lopsided - so if Madara loses to someone, more than likely under the same circumstances - Sauce loses (only by virute of similarities in power - call it a loop hole in circular logic). So I’d put the First over Sasuke. I also think and I admit its an opinion - thath the 3rd had the necessary tools and tricks to beat Sasuke as well…he wasn’t loaded with Chakra or anything broken, he just knew his shit inside and out…it isn’t based off previous fights or Oro, just a guess/opinion. Unfortunatly, we haven’t seen any other Kage’s fight or know of any other Kage fights to truly establish how they fall in line, and I’m not going to waste any ‘more’ time trying to teir Kage’s - but all we’ve seen from Sauce’s interaction with Kage’s thus far was ‘barely’ defeating a temporary Kage who had already used his REAL ace in the hole, and fighting the “melee” based Kage to a ‘possible draw’ (the verdict is out IMO…) NOTHING in any of that implies that Sasuke > Kages…in fact the only person who storylinbe wise would be up for that title would be Madara - and thats based purely off reaction of the Kages.
And in any other fight I’d easily take a village full of ninjas and a giant frog over wood elemental jutsus, except for a fight against a tailed beast. The first was the counterpick to madara.
And sasuke isn’t better than kage level his only real good matchups right now would be him vs tsunade, unless she also developed some anti sharingan play, and Gaara.
I posted this before, but it is probably better suited to this point: What about Naruto? The 5th was beaten by Pein (in a way), and Naruto beat Pein. Naruto also accomplished what Kakashi could not when fighting Pein, and probably what Gaara could not. I would say that powerwise he’s arguably at Kage level if not better, and we haven’t even seen him really begin to control the 9 tails (if and when that ever happens). I would argue that he could take out Raikage as well, when in sage mode by using his frog katas (frog katas > WWF moves). Don’t know enough about the other kages to really judge them. Thoughts?
IMO Naruto has the same problem as Sasuke, mentality. Sasuke is abusing his powers like Naruto SHOULD, and will pay for it (until he does the eye hax), and Naruto plays too nice and doesn’t train smart enough (as pointed out)…essentially the potential is there for both of them to surpass the current generation of Kage’s, but they mentally aren’t there - driven by the wrong things at this point.
There is really only one or two ways Special-K would win this and it really boils down to plot-kai
Assuming Sauce doesn’t [ie…can’t] use his MS… and Kakashi means to kill… the fight should be good [3-4 chap?]

Yeah… that was clearly a Pain summon.
These fillers could be OK, if they didn’t try to shove Konoha into everything. They could have just done a filler arc on Akatsuki capturing Utakata, and let that be that, but they had to come up with some lame story involving Konoha for no fucking reason.
I’m really looking forward on how this shit is going to unfold.
Sauce is too reckless to fight a sly fox such as Kakashi. He may have gained some new techniques but Kakashi knows what elements sauce uses and has some experience fighting (m.) Sharingan users though doesn’t know the full extend of those wretched eyes. Also, the fight with Danzou wore him out and i don’t think biting Karin will replenish his entire health bar, so this means that those two will be on par. Kakashi won’t die as Hokage and Sauce won’t die for obvious reasons so i think this fight will be interrupted and sauce flees or gets picked up by Madara because he’s too valuable.
why are there fillers right now? i don’t know how the anime works… but i thought that fillers are only reserved for when there isn’t any manga material to be adapted into anime.
I thought filler happens when they dont want the anime to catch up to the manga as fast. But who knows. What if naruto somehow learned his fathers technique? He would instant transmit himself to sauce and fuck him up lol. Then cooler will come in and ruin his fun hahaha.

fillers generally happen to make sure animes dont catch up to mangas. cuz when they do…they just make shit up ie. saiyuke
