I disgraced Spidey last night. . I haven’t played this bad since I got the game back in February. I was dropping combos, couldn’t get simple B&B going, I got destroyed :bluu::mad::crybaby:. I had trouble getting my web swings and spider sting/bites to come out during combos. Any of you ever have a really off day and lose to people you know you normally wouldn’t lose to?

I get what you mean. Usually it’s the chicken blockers that get me. I mean I know they are gonna jump up-back and you should cross under or throw, but my ability to move is just so terrible, that i end up eating their air normal as they come down. End up lgetting OCVed by this crap. I blame lag.

Man things have been quiet lately with UMvC and obviously we all still want to see the remaining character reveals, but I really wanna see what Spidey is bringing and if they did give him anything new besides speed buffs for web moves. Oh well, we should see 2 new reveals at TGS right?

I’ve actually become rather attached to the Reverse DP motion, tbh. However, I wouldn’t mind playing on pad again if we got that easy ass QCB crap back. XD
i’ll probably still do reverse srk motion for a while if it changed. i doubt it will change due to web throw’s motion.

They could make Web Throw auto track (I dunno if that would be too good) to your opponent and set it to :qcb::s:, than revert Web Swing to :qcb::atk: if they wanted. I dunno, that was my idea.

eh. hitstun scaling screws over web zip combos, being otg will make it easier for some situations to continue combos. but of course I have to realize that spiderman isn’t going to have the best damage w/o hyper meter anymore lol, so any ways to land hypers otg by himself will be useful.
I take it they nerfed his damage output huh?
