OMG I forgot about the sonic anime movie
A live action Sonic movie with THAT Sonic. Can’t believe they pushed forward with that. I hear about how ridiculously hard it is to make movies even if there’s no politicking and bullshit along the way, and can’t imagine that a whole group of people labored to push THAT turd out with NOBODY along the way saying “we shouldn’t do this”. Crazy. But maybe it’ll be good in that classic “so bad it’s good” way.
What makes you think someone didn’t say that? Doesn’t mean they going to be listened to lol.

Man, I hate my local theater sometimes. They always update their release schedule calendar at the very last minute. It’s super annoying and makes it hard to plan shit.

‘Born In The U.S.A.’ would have been a better choice or even ‘My Hometown’ in my opinion.
And they used Human League’s ‘Don’t You Want Me?’ for the majority of the trailer. What?

Saw Longshot today. Pretty fucking funny actually. I was legit surprised at how good it was. Satire political romcom but Without the focus on the political comedy part? Like it clearly pokes fun at the current political climate but not in a snobby or in your face way but in creative, charming and funny ways. It’s more of a really awkward and funny love story over everything else.
O’Shea Jackson Jr. (Ice Cubes son) is really coming into his own as an actor. Even though he’s only had a handful of leading roles he’s getting really good. He plays Seth Rogen’s best friend in the movie.
Also, Anna looks fucking dope. Like John Wick meets Atomic Blonde.
Hell yeah.
