This looks great. Adam Driver is seriously underrated when it comes to comedy roles. He was amazing in Logan Lucky.
Yeahā¦Adam was hilarious in that undercover boss skit on SNL.
Iāve been wanting to check out Lucky Logan since itās part of the Amazon Prime movie list.
Itās so good. I loved it. Channing Tatum and Driver have awesome chemistry
I think that Daniel Craig steals the show in āLogan Luckyā, but it is definitely entertaining despite flawed execution.
P.S. āThe Dead Donāt Dieā has a ridiculously good cast and if it is half as good as the trailer it will be a blast to watch in theaters.
I see that the Death Wish remake is part of Amazon Prime movies.
Iām tempted to watch itā¦but I donāt see how it can top the original with The Jeff.
I never said Alita was flawless.
So to anyone thatās seen them: Is the current planet of the apes trilogy any good? I always hear great things about it but Iāve never wanted to pull the trigger on buying them. However, right now the trilogy is on sale for $20 on iTunes and Iām considering it.
The main compliment Iāve heard and the best part of the trilogy is Ceasars progression as a character. That really intrigues me. Also having a lot of actors I enjoy scattered throughout the trilogy is another thing that draws me to wanting to get it.
The Apes trilogy is one of the best movie trilogies ever IMO. For $20 itās a steal.
Why is this though? Without giving away spoilers, of course. Break it down for me.
Basically, itās all about Andy Serkisā portrayal and performance as Caesar. He makes you fall in love with the character and root for him. From his infancy in the 1st to the eventual war in the 3rd. His journey alone is worth the price of admission.
Thatās pretty much the general consensus from every review Iāve read and every one Iāve asked.
And I love me some good world building through character development.
My god. iTunes has all 8 Saw films on sale in a bundle for $15.
Itās soooo tempting. I must resist
Alright, now I am interested
that trailer was fire
So Iām watching the new planet of the apes trilogy. So far Iām only maybe an hour into the first one but everything Caesar has done so far is justifiable.
that joker trailer is oscar bait. lmfao
Finished Dawn of the Planet of the apes. Jesus Christ the whole 3rd act was intense as fuck.
FUCKING CHILLS MAN!
Soooo good.
Literally Koba when it comes to the human colony asking for a truce
Edit: Koba why???
Again. Everything Caesar did in Dawn was justified. Koba broke the first rule Caesar made when he saved them and brought them together. Ape do not kill Ape. He killed several. Koba deserved to get got.
My one complaint about the sequel is the humans were mostly forgettable.
Also I thought Gary Oldmans character was going to be the villain and incite the war.
Nope.
I suspect he was cast specifically for this reason.
