I know him all too well. It kills me that he plays the kind of sociopath that would sell your sister to a whore house over a debt or rape a girl for a perceived interracial relationship. Makes him kind of hard to admire even if he can kill a guy/bear with a jumping side kick to the neck. At least his best qualities are the basis for Segata Sanshiro…

A bunch of reviewers that are bitching about the latest Rambo movie…being a violent movie. Movie is fine. Not exceptional but it’s a typical Rambo film. I only went to see it because of all the bitch ass reviewers complaining about Rambo things being in a Rambo film.

They said is not as violent as previous one but the main complaint was it doesn’t feel like a rambo movie… whatever that means lol. Rambo as a franchise is just the leading character killing dudes for 80 mins. There is an actual term named after him. “Dont go Ramboing against their whole team”

watched Gattaca again couple days ago. damn that movie is so damn good.
its the story of the tortoise and the hare all over again with human prejudice intertwined into it. story of perseverance. so good.

I am stunned by how much environmental factors are ignored in the expression of genes in the film Gattaca. I am also surprised that the film influenced George W. Bush push a law through in the U.S. that would prevent discrimination based on genetic factors despite the film being relatively unknown.
