Say what you will about MK, but at least they bother to progress the storyline and characters unlike capcom with its rehased games and snk where its basically the same KOF every year with a slightly different character roster.
Seems like the branch combo thing will be more balanced this time since there is only 2 styles per character. Konquest mode and Motor kombat look fun too.

It may not be “good” in a technical competitive fighter sense, but it looks like it will be “fun” in the “fun to play” sense.
Though really after that opening, I almost wish Midway would make a CG movie, it’d probably be pretty amusing, at LEAST better than the crap that was the live action junk.

I’m getting it for both PS2 and X-box. I;m getting it for PS2 because there is going to be a CE and it comes with the arcade version of UMK3. I will also get it for X-box because I like the online on X-box better. I will let my gf get me it for ps2.
