talked to him on the phone though, madz and I along with some friends
went and i am happy to say that it looks very promising guys.
the owner was very interested and he said he would pick up the
folder i left for him as soon as he could to contact either shoo or myself.

The owner is not going to do anything about the condition of the sticks in terms of purchasing new hardware to install. I spoke with one of the workers last week and he confirmed that the owner did recieve all the information (petition/contact information), but did not have very much interest in repairing the cabinets to good working order.
