Indeed more Kens then I expected, too. But you have to know how to actually PLAY him instead of saying @#$% it and toss out a HP Shoryuken. Looks like I got a lot of prep work to do…

So how did you do?
Well, I had a very close 1st round, my Ken up against Ryu. It was a close call, but I got stupid and tried to crossup at the last second and traded with shoryuken. I then proceeded to eat ultra. This only makes me want to move on to bigger things though. I thought I preformed well under pressure and the crowd seemed to enjoy the match. It was fun while it lasted.

Alright guys I have a few ideas rolling around in my head about getting an actual scene started up. My idea is a tournament at Tilt in the Billings Rimrock Mall. I’ll work out the details and let you all know what’s going down.

hey there is a pretty good scene starting up in utah we had over 30 people at the last ranked battle and we have a 3500 sq ft warehouse that some pc gamers have leased out for lan parties that we are going to be using for our tourneys
i dont know if any of you would want to drive to salt lake to play sometimes but check out the utah thread in pacific northwest if your interested

Surprisingly, yeah. Nothing much going on though. Pizza and I might have a tourney worked out by the end of the summer. Main problems are figuring out how to get the word out, getting a venue, and deciding on a console.
