My name is Alexis Jones, but you can call me Lexie! I am an extreme girl gamer love Fighting games! I also love MMO’s and RPG’s!! I want to do this competitively and I just joined this site! ^ hi lexie welcome to SRK. Which Hinds do you attend cause I know gamestop just recently had a lot of jobs openings some of everywhere here. I had a couple of friends who use to work at different video game stores and I’m sure you can go in apply get hired if you have good people skills and have some knowledge of video games.
I go to the one in raymond, ms, but I live in vicksburg at the moment, that is the gamestop I applied for that I might get the job! anyways how are you and do you play fighting games?! do you also go to competitions and how do I get in to the competitiveness side of gaming I really wanna show my skills and get you there!! I also wanna go to E3 one day, hopefully this upcoming year, but thats just a dream! lol nice to meet you!!!
I’m fine lexie thank u. I play all types of fighting games it doesn’t matter 2 me, I’m finna start going to competitions whenever I can have some free time off work, and well if want to get into the competitive side u can start playing off/online with friends to test the waters also going to competitions to compete for fun if anything else to just get the feel of it til you really get better and more confident. I wouldn’t mind going to E3 myself one year.
Hey, guys. I’ve been wanting to get into fighting games for a long time now but never had the friends (that like fighting games) or found the venues to do so around here. I hadn’t searched SRK for a while, and I just found this thread, so I thought I’d post.
I’m a madison/ridgeland area player. My PSN and GT are both lufia22. All my fighting games are on PS3, though. A warning, though, I’m mostly a scrub trying to get back in the game at this point. I’ll play anything, though I’m leaning towards BB:CS2 and AE right now.
And Alexis, I think my brother Neal might know you. He’s in the band at Hinds CC.

lol city of heroes is going free to play. The game’s on its deathbed…deserves it after what the devs did to PvP and, well, every other interesting thing it’s ever had.
Even with a stock 360 pad, I can tell how much better my X-23/Morrigan team would do with Akuma instead of Dorm. Tatsu is just too good.
Yeah its been about 2 months since ive played but I wouldnt mind trying to play some local folk… I just hate x-factor so much grrr, I do owe it to Cpt America though to do some shield tossin.
It ain’t no damn mmo. It’s an awesome 2D sidescroller that’s the lovechild of Minecraft and Castlevania: SotN. It’s only $10 on Steam, and it’s fun as shit. They just released a major update today that added all kinds of new stuff, like an alchemy crafting system.
It only seems like Minecraft until you build your house. Once you get into the mine area and start fighting monsters it becomes it’s own… uh… monster. >.>
It’s really addictive.
