I have MK9 and I just got SSFIV AE yesterday. What about you ?
I pretty much just play MvC3, Tekken 6, and Arcana Heart 3. I’m looking into picking up Skullgirls when it comes out later this year.
I used to play MK9 but just couldn’t get into it. SF4 makes me gag. There’s another person here in Oxford who is really good at it though. Probably one of the top in the South, though he’ll never admit it.
Yeah I just bought MK9 for the nostalgia factor. Never played any of the other games you mentioned.
I’m used to playing RTS games like broodwar / sc2, so fighters are all new to me.
SF4 appeals to me because of how deep the gameplay is and all of the strategy / mind gaming thats possible once you can actually execute lol.

I’m trying my best to get a room for the tournament, but it is fucking impossible to actually talk directly to the sales managers of the local hotels. It’s like they have a lunch hour every hour.
