Considering no one thought he had a chance in hell of winning the first one, who the hell knows.
The promo was bad but you know, whatever.
But no, Zero isn’t Cena. He’s closer to Reigns. Everyone loves him when he’s a background character, but have a lot less love for him when he’s headlining.
I’m on the same boat as others, looking at MoA being the producers and all. OG Ben 10 was okay, but Generator Rex was really good. I didn’t see much of their recent stuff to really form a definitive opinion on whether they’re good or bad. I’m guessing this’ll probably be a new spinoff for the Megaman series. It’s just a hunch, but I could be wrong. They might try something different, just so Megaman could be marketable. I won’t have anything against the decision as long as it doesn’t suck.
I’m hoping for an adaption closer to the games (Be it Classic, Legends, X, or Zero).
Mega Man already IS marketable. He’s a blue robot boy that beats up other robots and takes their powers. That’s it.
There you go… You’ve already sold it to boys 8-12.
That “make it marketable to today’s audience” shit is how you get monkeys in suits creating crap like Sonic Boom.
Respect the source material. Update the character designs ever so slightlysee what they did in Smash Bros, and do that. Spend money on good animation/music/VAs. Write good scripts that remain faithful to the core of the characters and their universe. Don’t be assholes.
This is all that needs to be done to make a good Mega Man cartoon.
Cartoon Network is shit for shows they didn’t make. Cram Ben10 up your ass, cancel Young Justice, Thundercats 2011 on a cliffhanger, etc etc. Can’t Ted Turner and WCW do something about this? Yes I still believe damnit!
And seriously they moved around Thundercats 2011’s time slot just so that would kill it. Should have known something was up when the DVD’s where releasing TOO fast. Cartoon Network can eat a bag of yellow jacket dicks. Bring back Space Ghost Coast 2 Coast while we’re at it too.
Capcom can’t possibly wonder about why people hate them. I can tell this was a shitty move and I think the entire Mega Man series is average, at its best. I feel sorry for Capcom fans.
LOL, it’s like you want a show that’s tailored to you.
kids don’t play with YuGiOh cards anymore. demographics have shifted big time, why do you think saturday morning cartoons don’t exist anymore.
What you liked/still like is irrelevant to kids now in days.
Gay bubbly blue looking robot that’s 3.5’ fighting other robots isn’t cool anymore, not when call of duty zombies is what’s in.
There’s a reason these “suits” are in charge making millions, while you sit in your chair angry that everything you liked is ruined.

as much as I hate modern bullshit entertainment, this faggot misses the point. Charts say that, and that’s what makes money. It’s like the idea of making money is foreign. The hardcore market isn’t suistanable, it’s a niche that doesn’t make any real money. You think Bandai makes all their money selling 150+$ Gundam kits, or cheap as shit 15$ toys.
Had transformers been more “core” it wouldn’t have been as successful as it was. There’s a reason why companies do stupid shit like take established characters to break new ground. It’s cheap, it’s easy, and if fans don’t like it, so what. Y’all crawl back to your masters for another pegging, forgiving them when they revert back to a more pure form.
This isn’t what you want, and if it is, you got lucky.
