Hi I,m modding a street fighter 4 te stick(xbox 360, using original xbox 360 stick pcb) and i’v ordered mc cthulhu, imp v2 and a rj 45 jack
first time modding a stick in my life,
what i wanted to do was have xbox 1, ps3 and xbox 360 work with my stick, can some one give me some advice
do i use the original(the one that came with the stick) usb cable for xbox 360 /ps3 and make an rj45 cable for the xbox1, ive seen the diagram below, but im not sure if its for imp v1 or imp v2 and also it doesn’t show how i would wire up the xbox 1

or can i make rj45 cables for all 3 systems (if you know what i mean)
some wiring diagrams please, pointers , advise, would be very appreciated thanks in advance

1 yes you can use original usb and just put a rj45 plug on the end

3 the usb works for both ps3 and 360 and just make xbox1 cable

the diagram is for v1 imp v2 is even easier just match the letters from MCC and a power wire and thats it

just a clarification, i can put a rj 45 plug on the usb from the imp v2 and then make cables for the 3 consoles, so i don’t need to wire the xbox1 cable to the cthulhu, if i plug it into the rj 45 jack it will detect it

your not real clear you crimp one rj45 on the usb cable and crimp one one the xbox1 cable the mcc will detect what system it is plugged into

no you do not need to hardwire any thing it all goes thru imp

You did not specify for with Imp or Imp v2 or DPDT Switch.

THANKS ALOT JDM714, but i was wondering if you could help me in one more aspect, on the streetfighter xbox 360 pcb, where the usb cable originally connected on the streetfighter pcb ive bogged up on the ground connection on it, and GND the gold connector has ripped off the pcb board and i can’t solder there any more, are there any alternative connection for ground, or would i be able to get it repaired

does any one know where i can buy a rj45 jack for imp v2 in the UK, I’ve already brought one from usa (checked with the company they said I’m looking at a delivery between 21-90 days), i brought one from uk but it’s too small (amazon) , does anyone know the model/ type of rj45 jack or a site in uk, i’ve had a look on ebay and same story dispatched from china (long delivery dates)

try this place it looks like they carry the rj45 jack but not sure if its the right size for the pin and it looks like they are located in the UK.

Can someone please give me a wiring diagram madcatz street fighter te stick (round 2, xbox 360) pcb+mc cthilhu+imp V2, (i can’t find any links they are all dead)
I’ve wired the fightstick according to the diagram (above posted by jdm714), (thanks alot mate) but it’s not working,
and i also need know the wiring/order ( if the green/red/black/white) wire goes into slot 1,2,3, ect… in (cables to consoles) the rj45 connector for- xbox 360/ps3/ (original) xbox 1

Oh yes, you also have to update the Multi-Console Cthulhu first, before everything works.
You have to update directly to the Multi-Console Cthulhu through its USB Jack.
You cannot update it from the Imp v2 USB Jack.

I’ve wired the madcatz pcb to mc cthulhu without a problem, and then the imp v2 to the cthulhu, but how to i need to wire the usb connections for the usb between the pcb’s but i wasn’t to sure on how to wire the imp v2 to the usb
