-I don’t like the new designs for Grunt and Samara. Samara especially was hideous, like a pock marked Elvira or some shit. terrible.
-I don’t like bringing back ammo, but if it’s a trade off for being able to headshot and kill enemies quicker, I’ll take it, combat was getting pretty easy towards the end. slow down - burst into headshot with the assault rifle - dead enemy
-playing through hardcore on your first game is frustrating, but when you beat it, definitely gratifying.
-Favorite side members were Tali, Mordin, and Garrus as always.
Is there a way to keep everyone alive at the end? I thought I made the right choices, but I guess I didn’t, because my Jack got jacked
Thoughts on the story - very intense and interesting, it makes the reapers a little less intimidating because their motives are becoming clearer and therefore more easy to fight against and understand. I can’t wait for me3.
Weeks, basically if you get all the character recomended ship upgrades, get everyones loyalty, go through the omega relay as soon as your crew get jacked, and make smart choices on the final mission team leaders, everyone lives no probs
hm. i wonder what choices i did wrong. i had everyone’s loyalty and i’m pretty sure - not 100%, i’ll have to check - that I had everyone’s specific upgrades. also went through immediately
i used garrus as a squad leader and miranda as the biotic barrier. that’s the part where jack bit the dust

I made the mistake of choosing Jack as the barrier when I didn’t have her loyalty and Mordin ended up being carried off (not the same in your case, just Miranda doesn’t seem to be a great choice for that section). I did it the second time with Samara and got through without anyone dieing. I’m not sure if the character specific upgrades matter much if at all, I had none.
Stick with Miranda or Garrus as your second party leaders up until the end if you want to use them, Samara or Jack for the Barrier and Legion or Tali for the Tech Expert. I sent Kanye West back with the crew.[/details]
I’m using the same. My brother made the mistake of taking his save, putting in on a memory card and loading it up on my 360 (with the Zaeed and Normandy DLC). He played through them and put his save back on his 360. Now it won’t let him continue with it until he gets the DLC packs which means paying for the Cerberus Network . I am hell allowing him to sit in front of my 360 for 20+ hours.
I used Grunt for squad leader and he failed miserably so I switched to Garrus which worked out okay. I accidentally sold Legion to the Illusive Man though. :sad:
well she was like I COULD DO IT TOO, but for that matter, so could any biotic. i mean shit wtf do you want from me, i figured it was a hella bad idea to rely on jack to protect others.
but yeah grunt as team leader is pretty lol
