It’s in one of the main storyline missions. The one right before IFF. You will find an assault rifle and a sniper rifle, then it will give you a choice of learning how to use an assault rifle or taking the Widow. Choose the widow if you are an infiltrator, like dude said at the top of the page, it ruins worlds.

I’m obsessed with this game at the moment, I didn’t like my ending so I’m gonna do another playthrough and pickup some other medals… didn’t realise you can get some of the skills one by using other characters powers (as I’m a soldier), grabbed tactician (combine biotic powers) with miranda and jacob like instantly

I screwed up and didn’t save my crew, and then I got Grunt killed after we made it inside, he was the only crewmate who died! I misunderstood what “distraction” team meant… i mean it’s grunt, he’s a pretty big fucking distraction, plus I’m not so sure about keeping the collector space station, illusive man had that “G-Man” smile going on at the end - plus what Sovreign said about we evolve as they direct us to, using their technology like the mass relays… using the collector/reaper tech on the space station gives me a bad feelinz. Tali interactions were cute, disappointed we didn’t get to see what Quarians looked like though still - I’m gonna avoid getting the IFF till I’m ready to finish the game I think this time
Is there a list of planets that have scan missions? Like “Anomaly detected commander!” wanna try get everything done this time
p.s I recommend you scan/probe a certain planet in the Local cluster for good EDI times

I really liked Kelly’s character too, I think that’s why the ending annoyed me, watching her melt was like “oh wtf? she fed my fish! SHE FED MY FISH!”, I kinda get the feeling she’d play another part in ME3, she’s sort of unique amongst the crew, Chakwas got alot more personality this time, I liked that
You can make her dance like a stripper, sit on your lap and stroke your arm. That is enough for me.
Tali is the only character worth going all the way with imo. She just owns too hard.
I am really liking Vanguard charge. But I don’t like my 15 shots with a shotgun. Do I get extended mags or anything later. Keep in mind I JUST started so I have no idea wtf is going on.

Samara is pretty awesome who’s better between her and Jack? Basically it comes down to heavy reave vs heavy shockwave which imo are more or less equal but I guess Samara has the slight edge since she can use assault rifles.
