Holy fucking shit, this isn’t a joke. I was looking at ALL the articles thinking “this HAS to be a sick joke.” But he really is gone. RIP. He made a real mark while he was here. I can’t imagine Black Panther being anyone else.
And he was a real beast for doing ALL these movies while battling that shit since 2016. I wouldn’t have left the house.

T’Challa will be recasted in 3 to 5 years. They’re still consolidating the Black Panther brand.
Chadwick will be the standard and to be honest, is a VERY high standard to even meet.

I say revive Killmonger through infinity stone shenanigans or whatever and let Michael B Jordan take over as the 2nd Panther. Maybe even pass it down to Shuri. I feel like fans would accept that, I would atleast

Honestly, they have his little sister who could take over. Think that would be a natural/positive direction.

Shuri would be amazing because it would be a natural progression towards a female lead.
That movie would have everybody crying their eyeballs out though. Gotta deal with dealing with death, growing up, duty and responsibility all at once.
You go from the first MCU Black male lead to the first MCU Black Female lead.
If the script is good they literally print money with it.

I have no problem with them making shuri BP. But I also don’t have a problem with them making a new male BP.

Exactly what I was thinking. The conflict within Wakanda alone with him trying to right his wrongs and dealing with actually dying is a good movie in itself. Helps he’s already been BP before too

Not feeling Shuri as BP, Im sorry. Rather have someone else as BP whether its Killmonger or Mbaku or whatever.
Edit: They could also multiverse it and get a different Tchalla though unlikely
