Considering what Whedon’s been doing over in Astonishi8ng, it would be a really dirty trick if Marvel decided to say Colossus is a Skrull. I don’t think Bendis would do that. I doubt that Whedon has been in on the Skrull Invasion from the beginning. His run has been crossover-free, and hasn’t even had anything to do with Messiah CompleX, so I doubt Whedon was involved with Invasion.
Wolverine is in those because he sells books, not because he’s a Skrull lol.
If that was the case sign Batman up, I dunno which DC book he hasn’t appeared in really.
Other than that, I don’t know how easy it would be to replicate Wolverine. The claws, healing factor, gurffy exterior and weird love for Jean would be hard to mimic for a little green man.
They’ve already impersonated Wolverine with a Skrull a couple of years ago. It was a really shitty storyline from what I’ve tried to forget.
It would be really cheesy to do it again, unless they say that only the Wolverine in, for example, New Avengers is a Skrull, while the one running around with the X-Men is the “real” Wolvie.
Making Storm a Skrull seems like it would cheapen her recent wedding storyline, and I doubt Marvel has the balls to risk another fan uproar. Same thing with the Panther. After working so hard on trying (emphasis on the “trying”) to make him a cool and relevant character again, I doubt they would destroy all which they have worked to accomplish.
She could be. We all know that the skrulls are trying to get a skrull into every state, and with the New Warriors all Initiatived up (I think?) she could be a skrull.
To help along the Storm thing, if one of the F4 is a skrull, they definitely could’ve set up Storm to spy on Wakanda, the F4 and the X-Men.
yeah i know but wasn’t sinister behind that one event with the morlocks that involved gambit? It seems to be like the only thing he really regrets in his life…yet
