Seems like a slow week. Will probably pick up ASM, AvX Consequences and Gambit. Maybe Astonishing X-Men.

And another strong ending in FF from Hickman. Bendis wrap that Avengers story up man HURRY UP!
Big up to ASM too. Nice to have classic Hobgoblin back instead of just having that fiery sword freak lol!

I don’t really keep up with the regular 616 universe so I’m wondering how they are going to account for the myriad if time paradoxes bringing Xavier’s “first” class forward will cause.
Also why is Cyclops in jail if he was possessed by the pheonix?

No one knows how they will account for the paradox yet. It’s a story that hasn’t even started. Bendis says there’s a plan. But he’s Bendis so keep your expectations low or expect a lot of continuity rewriting possibly involving magic. :looney:
Cyclops is in jail because AvX is a stupid story. 
Serious answer? Captain America, as Secretary of State and speaking for the President of the United States (Obama now, if Romney wins in 2016 you can say it was Romney, THAT SLIDING TIME SCALE YOS) told him to surrender Hope, the person who was originally intended to host the Phoenix. Cyclops didn’t which lead to Professor X’s death and a lot of other problems. Never mind the fact that the Avengers’ interference was what split the Phoenix in the first place and started the Phoenix Five garbage… Did I mention it was a stupid story? Well hey they can charge Cyke with treason, murder and being a war criminal easy.
Darn you Loki! I hate you Loki! Why is Keiron so good? Man, that was a good book. Sad that the story’s over, but I enjoyed the mess out’ve it. Probably my favorite Marvel book out next to Hickman’s FF and FF books. And speaking of that. What a great ending. Frank is so cool. Love how that book stressed the importance of imagination.
Dan Slott may have accidentally spoiled the identity of the Superior Spider-Man. Or he’s just screwing with people. Possible MAJOR SPOILER below.

Yeah he’s just screwing with people. He said he’d be the most hated after his last issue of ASM, this has to be a mundfunk.
Edit: I hate iPhone spell checks. I might just start saying mundfunk though…
If that rumor turned out to be true I’d be torn. Love that character but only his creator should write for him. When others have tried in comics it’s been pretty disastrous and lead to some horrible comics.

Possibly Captain Marvel.
Captain Marvel’s been pretty legit. Speaking as a Ms. Marvel fan, it’s good to see her in her own series again. The writer has a great handle on her character, and so far, her use of time travel as a means to examine Carol’s character in a different manner has been pretty interesting.
Just read all of the main series issues of AvX.
Quite possibly Marvels worst big event series.
And since everyone bought it, they will continue on the path of shitty events. It’s etched in stone…
