It’s a departure, not a break so he is not coming back. He became one of Marvel’s ‘Architects,’ IE one of the people who guides the Marvel Universe’s stories now so it’s only logical he cuts back on something. It’s no coincidence that Fraction, another Architect dropped Uncanny X-Men too.

Lol I like Bendis too, sometimes. But announcing him as an architect is like really predictable. That’s like saying ‘Marvel’ starts with the letter M. They’ve been letting him do whatever the hell he’s wanted to do with continuity since New Avengers #1 anyway. Why he always had this much power with the Marvel universe is beyond me.

i’m still on the fence on x-men destiny and i hope this is the last time they do a time traveling spider-man game. next years spider-man game will probably be the movie one -_-

Actually I’d rather ask what you guys who read it thought of it?
Iron Age 1 and 2 [spoiler=]Yeah so I finally got around to reading it. Basically Tony gets zapped to past Marvel eras and he tries to collect parts to make a time machine to return to his own time. The time periods he travels to so far were-
The period when he was drunk (really liked the interaction between Drunk and Modern Tony), Britain from Alan Moore’s Captain Britain run, Luke and Iron Fist’s Heroes for Hire haydays and an adventure with Johnny Blaze when his F4 outfit was coloured red. What’s funny about the last is that it had Doom monologing, having a dungeon UNDER THE LATVERIAN EMBASSY IN THE US and the ironman mask with the nose XD[/details]
Despite having a different writer write the various periods, I thought it was a fun read. Only 2 more issues to go~

Fear Itself: Deadpool #2 is great, seriously DP doesn’t even deal with the ACTUAL Hammer wielders, he’s just trying to make money out of the Crisis and I love the MC Hammer cover XD. Christopher Hastings is the creator of Dr. McNinja BTW, and IMO he should write some more DP. Oh and DP must be very angry at Cable for ditching him ROFL.
