Yeah…I can’t like what’s going on with Spiderman now.
From the deal with Memphisto to “Spider Island”…all crap to me.
Understandable, I am up and down during Slott’s run, it’s more or less on an issue by issue basis if I like it or not which is weird considering I still read. If Spider-Island doesn’t impress me I might drop.
I’ve been done since “Fuck Mary Jane”…and now I read that he lost his spider-sense, and EVERYONE will have spidey powers?

You seem to be missing the fact that it’s some plot by the Jackal, it’s not a “Hey we’re giving everyone Spider powers to keep” type thing.

I haven’t liked what Marvel has done to Spiderman for quite a while now…and now I know it won’t change for a while.

X-23 might be the gayest X-book out there. Thankfully, the “old married couple with kids” vibe from Wolverine and Gambit is balanced out by the les-yay from Jubes and Laura.
Speaking of which. For the love of God Marvel, keep Jubilee in this book (with Liu writing). X and Jubilee fit together like a nice (teen, lesbian, mutant, vampire) glove. And Liu’s writing takes what seemed to be an awful idea (vampire Jubilee) and makes it work. Jubes is Laura’s polar opposite, the whole Vampire thing however, gives her something that Laura can relate to while showing her another way of dealing with things. Both in the same book together allows both characters to grow and develop.

my local comic shop had an event today so I ended up getting screen passes to watch the movie in San Diego this Thursday and Chris Evans will be there, but I’m going to San Diego on Friday. I’m trying to get rid of these passes -__-

His last death was during Second Coming in 2010 and he hasn’t been seen since. Second Coming came after and built off of Necrosha.
I read the last issue of Avengers,so let me get this straight:Victoria Hand is basically going to tell the New Avengers & Steve Rogers “FUCK YOU” by bringing H.A.M.M.E.R & Norman Osborn back & turn her back on the Avengers?Plus I’m done with Secret Avengers for how long I don’t know,Brubaker & Deodato won’t be doing the series anymore or something?
Maybe you’re a few issues behind in New Avengers (#14 came out last week) but Victoria Hand was playing H.A.M.M.E.R. to help the Avengers, and that was organized with Steve Rogers’ help on the low.
